Journal ArticleDOI
Tyrosinase as a multifunctional reporter gene for Photoacoustic/MRI/PET triple modality molecular imaging
Chunxia Qin,Kai Cheng,Kai Chen,Xiang Hu,Yang Liu,Xiaoli Lan,Yongxue Zhang,Hongguang Liu,Yingding Xu,Lihong Bu,Xinhui Su,Xiaohua Zhu,Shuxian Meng,Zhen Cheng +13 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that TYR gene can be utilized as a multifunctional reporter gene for PAI/MRI/PET both in vitro and in vivo.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hybrid nanotrimers for dual T1 and T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging
TL;DR: By fusing distinct nanocrystals via solid-state interfaces, hybrid heteronanostructures were built to combine both T1 and T2- weighted contrast agents together for MRI with high accuracy and reliability and showed high stability in physiological conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Comparison of two site-specifically (18)F-labeled affibodies for PET imaging of EGFR positive tumors.
Xinhui Su,Kai Cheng,Jongho Jeon,Bin Shen,Gianina Teribele Venturin,Gianina Teribele Venturin,Xiang Hu,Jianghong Rao,Frederick T. Chin,Hua Wu,Zhen Cheng +10 more
TL;DR: Biodistribution and PET studies demonstrated that Al18F-NOTA-ZEGFR:1907 is a promising PET probe for imaging EGFR expression in living mice.
Journal ArticleDOI
Desmin- and vimentin-mediated hepatic stellate cell-targeting radiotracer 99mTc-GlcNAc-PEI for liver fibrosis imaging with SPECT.
Deliang Zhang,Rongqiang Zhuang,Zhide Guo,Mengna Gao,Lumei Huang,Linyi You,Pu Zhang,Jindian Li,Xinhui Su,Hua Wu,Xiaoyuan Chen,Xianzhong Zhang +11 more
TL;DR: 99mTc-GlcNAc-PEI SPECT/CT was useful in assessing liver fibrosis and monitoring the treatment response and was a hydrophilic compound with high radiochemical purity (>98%) and good stability.
Journal ArticleDOI
PET imaging of insulin-like growth factor type 1 receptor expression with a 64Cu-labeled Affibody molecule.
TL;DR: In vivo biodistribution and PET studies demonstrated targeting of U87MG gliomas xenografts was IGF-1R specific, and 64Cu-NOTA-ZIGF-1r:4:40 is a promising PET probe for imaging IGF- 1R positive tumor.
