Dynamic characteristics analysis of a rotor–stator system under different rubbing forms
Journal ArticleDOI
Effects of eccentric phase difference between two discs on oil-film instability in a rotor–bearing system
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of eccentric phase differences between two discs on the onset of instability and nonlinear responses of the rotor bearing system by using the bifurcation diagrams, spectrum cascades, vibration waveforms, orbits and Poincare maps was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics for a Rotor System with Pedestal Looseness
TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a finite element model of a rotor system with pedestal looseness stemming from a loosened bolt and analyzed the effects of the looseness parameters on its dynamic characteristics.
Journal ArticleDOI
Determination method of dynamic distorted scaling laws and applicable structure size intervals of a rotating thin-wall short cylindrical shell:
TL;DR: In this paper, the applicability of distortion models for predicting dynamic characteristics of a rotating thin-wall short cylindrical shell is investigated, and the results indicate that distortion models that satisfy the structure size applicable intervals can predict the characteristics of the prototype with good accuracy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Determining Dynamic Scaling Laws of Geometrically Distorted Scaled Models of a Cantilever Plate
TL;DR: In this paper, the scaling laws of geometrically distorted models are used to predict the dynamic characteristics of a cantilever plate. But the results indicate that the new scaling laws can predict the characteristics of the titaniu...
