Journal ArticleDOI
Proportional hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set for multiple criteria group decision making
TL;DR: In this article, the negation, union, and intersection operations on PHFLTSs are defined, and a transformation algorithm is proposed to convert the proportional comparative linguistic pairs into PHFLTs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Third-party reverse logistics provider selection approach based on hybrid-information MCDM and cumulative prospect theory
TL;DR: The results indicate that considering psychological factor in decision making contributes to avoiding potential loss risks in RL outsourcing and an integrated cumulative prospect theory (CPT) based HI-MCDM approach is developed to appraise and identify sustainable 3PRLPs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spatial variations in active mode trip volume at intersections: a local analysis utilizing geographically weighted regression
TL;DR: Transportation planners can dynamically estimate bicycle and pedestrian volumes at widespread intersections using GWR models to facilitate local transportation planning, facility design, safety enhancement and operation analysis, as well as instilling new insights into interdisciplinary spatial research domain.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Note on Extension of TOPSIS to Multiple Criteria Decision Making with Pythagorean Fuzzy Sets
TL;DR: It is found that the inequality with respect to the degrees of indeterminacy of any three Pythagorean fuzzy numbers in the proof of Theorem 3.4 in Zhang and Xu's paper is not valid.
Journal ArticleDOI
Predicting e-bike users’ intention to run the red light: An application and extension of the theory of planned behavior
TL;DR: In this paper, a survey questionnaire was designed employing the construct of theory of planned behavior (TPB), and the results showed that demographic variables (age, marriage status, and college degree), TPB variables (attitude and perceived behavioral control) and extended variables (moral norm and self-identity) are significant predictors for the intention of RLR behavior.
