Journal ArticleDOI

CRISPR-P: A Web Tool for Synthetic Single-Guide RNA Design of CRISPR-System in Plants

TL;DR: This work was supported by the National Basic Research Program of China (863 program) ( 2012AA10A304), the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University ( NCET-13-0807 ), and the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities ( 2013PY004, 2014PY018 ).
Journal ArticleDOI

The genome sequence of Sea-Island cotton (Gossypium barbadense) provides insights into the allopolyploidization and development of superior spinnable fibres.

TL;DR: A high-quality assembly of the 2.57 gigabase genome of G. barbadense is presented, suggesting an integrated regulatory mechanism of CesA genes from At and Dt subgenomes for the primary and secondary cellulose biosynthesis of cotton fibre in a “relay race”-like fashion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Citrus sinensis Annotation Project (CAP): A Comprehensive Database for Sweet Orange Genome

TL;DR: This work sequenced the draft genome of a double-haploid sweet orange, constructed the Citrus sinensis annotation project (CAP) to store and visualize the sequenced genomic and transcriptome data, and provides a user-friendly web interface to show the predicted protein-protein interactions (PPIs) and metabolic pathways in sweet orange.
Journal ArticleDOI

Rice Information GateWay: A Comprehensive Bioinformatics Platform for Indica Rice Genomes

TL;DR: This is a PDF file of an unedited manuscript that has been accepted for publication and will undergo copyediting, typesetting, and review of the resulting proof before it is published in its final form.
