An Efficient Blue-Emissive Metal–Organic Framework (MOF) for Lanthanide-Encapsulated Multicolor and Stimuli-Responsive Luminescence

TL;DR: The thermal-responsive luminescence was investigated for the lanthanide-codoped MOF to exhibit the chromic transition from white at room temperature to blue around liquid nitrogen temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Aggregation-induced ratiometric emission and mechanochromic luminescence in a pyrene-benzohydrazonate conjugate

TL;DR: In this article, a pyrene benzohydrazonate-based molecular platform exhibits a drastic aggregation-induced color change (Δλem,max ∼ 130 nm) and a high solid-state quantum yield (QYmax ∼ 54.5%).
Journal ArticleDOI

Hydrazone-based cobalt complexes toward multielectron redox and spin crossover

TL;DR: In this article, a series of bis-homoleptic cobalt complexes with deprotonated ligands and substituent substituents were used to construct a new hydrazone-based Co(II) system, in which the deprodonation of the coordination pocket and substitution of aromatic ligands can have a profound effect on the redox potential and spin state of the metal center.
Journal ArticleDOI

Self-assembly of tetranuclear metallogrid with an asymmetric ligand derived from 2-oxo-quinoline derivative

TL;DR: In this paper, the construction and self-assembly studies of tetranuclear metallogrid molecules from an asymmetric 2-oxo-quinoline donor were reported, where the protons on all the carbohydrozone and imine groups were lost and H2LOH acted as a dianionic ligand in the complex.
