Air quality changes during the COVID-19 lockdown over the Yangtze River Delta Region: An insight into the impact of human activity pattern changes on air pollution variation.

TL;DR: Results show that in spite of the extreme reductions in primary emissions, China cannot fully tackle the current air pollution, and re-organisation of the energy and industrial strategy together with trans-regional joint-control for a full long-term air pollution plan need to be further taken into account.
Journal ArticleDOI

The impact of the "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan" on PM2.5 concentrations in Jing-Jin-Ji region during 2012-2020.

TL;DR: China's emission inventories in the baseline 2012 and the future scenarios of 2017 and 2020 have been developed based on this Action Plan to alleviate PM2.5 pollution level in Jing-Jin-Ji region and emission control of NMVOC and NH3 should be paid more attention and be strengthened in future.
Journal ArticleDOI

Emission inventory of anthropogenic air pollutants and VOC species in the Yangtze River Delta region, China

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed an emission inventory for major anthropogenic air pollutants and VOC species in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region for the year 2007.
Journal ArticleDOI
