TL;DR: It is demonstrated that BPA exposure inhibited cell proliferation, reduced the DNA replication capacity, and triggered apoptosis in GC-2 cells, and DNA methylation may play a vital role in the regulation of BPA-triggered spermatocyte toxicity.
