Influence of pozzolanic materials on the properties of natural hydraulic lime based mortars
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of pozzolanic materials (slag powder and silica fume) on the properties of natural hydraulic lime (NHL) based mortars were evaluated from the aspect of physical and mechanical properties, environmental resistance properties, hardening reaction process and micro morphology.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hydration properties and kinetic characteristics of blended cement containing lithium slag powder
TL;DR: In this article, Li et al. analyzed the ionic dissolution properties of LS powder and the hydration properties and kinetic process of blended cement containing LS powder, and the results showed that the structure of the blended cement is more compact when 10% LS powder was mixed in the cementitious system.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synergistic enhancement effect of recycled fine powder (RFP) cement paste and carbonation on recycled aggregates performances and its mechanism
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated the synergistic effect of RFP cement paste and carbonation on the performance of RA, and its strengthening mechanism was also analyzed, which showed that the apparent density and crush value of RA were improved to some extent after RFP Cement Pate treatment, but the water absorption was increased significantly.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ecological pervious concrete in revetment and restoration of coastal Wetlands: A review
TL;DR: A comprehensive review of the use of EPC in revetment and restoration in coastal wetlands can be found in this article, where the mechanical properties, durability, and ecological compatibility are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Assessment of the thermal and microstructural properties of metakaolin-air lime based materials at an early age
TL;DR: In this paper, the early-age properties of natural hydraulic lime (NHL5), AL and MK-AL (MK20-AL and MK40-AL) pastes were studied through an examination of their physical and mechanical properties, hydration heat, thermal properties and microstructure.
