Predicting commercially available antiviral drugs that may act on the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) through a drug-target interaction deep learning model
TL;DR: The result showed that atazanavir, an antiretroviral medication used to treat and prevent the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), is the best chemical compound, showing an inhibitory potency with Kd of 94.94 nM against the SARS-CoV-2 3C-like proteinase.

Predicting commercially available antiviral drugs that may act on the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Wuhan, China through a drug-target interaction deep learning model
TL;DR: The result showed that atazanavir, an antiretroviral medication used to treat and prevent the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), is the best chemical compound, and several antiviral agents, such as Kaletra, could be used for the treatment of 2019-nCoV, although there is no real-world evidence supporting the prediction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Light Alcohol Drinking and Risk of Cancer: A Meta-Analysis of Cohort Studies.
TL;DR: It was found that very light or light alcohol drinking was not associated with the risk of most of the common cancers except for the mild increase in the incidence of breast cancer in women and colorectal cancer in men.
Journal ArticleDOI
The identification of a heparin binding domain peptide from bone morphogenetic protein-4 and its role on osteogenesis.
Yoon Jung Choi,Jue Yeon Lee,Jung Hyun Park,Jun-Beom Park,Jin Sook Suh,Young Suk Choi,Seung Jin Lee,Chong Pyoung Chung,Yoon Jeong Park +8 more
TL;DR: This work synthesized a peptide sequence corresponding to residues 15-24 of BMP-4 (HBD, RKKNPNCRRH), as potential heparin binding sequence and demonstrated that HBD, as a form of complex with alginate gel, was able to induce bone formation in the bone defect.
Journal ArticleDOI
Clinical Characteristics of Asymptomatic Patients with COVID-19: A Nationwide Cohort Study in South Korea.
TL;DR: In this national cohort of over 10,000 patients with COVID-19, more than 60% of all cases in South Korea reported no symptoms at the time of diagnosis, and a U-shaped association between age group and the proportion of asymptomatic patients was observed.
