Signal light unit having heat dissipating function

TL;DR: In this paper, a signal light unit having a heat dissipating function includes a heat radiator member (4) which is formed of a material having good thermal conductivity and is disposed on the reverse side of a base (3) on which are arranged a multiplicity of light-emitting diodes serving as a light source of the signal light.

Information board apparatus

TL;DR: An information board has a display mechanism unit formed by arranging multiplicity of multicolor light-emitting members in a grid pattern, each of the members being constituted by a plurality of lightemitting diodes housed in a lamp case which has a heat-dissipating bore formed in its side plate portion at which the respective lead portions of the Diodes are located as mentioned in this paper.

Indicating element and method of manufacturing same

TL;DR: In this article, an indicating element is manufactured by forming an electrode on a rear surface of the base plate, forming the N-type or P-type planar indicating layer on an upper surface of a base plate by means of diffusion or crystal growth, and mounting on the planar indicated layer the electrode layer having the desired pattern thereon.

Search for Dark Matter Annihilation Signals in the H.E.S.S. Inner Galaxy Survey.

H. Collaboration, +139 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors reported the first results on a search for dark matter (DM) particle annihilation signals using new observations from an unprecedented γ-ray survey of the Galactic Center (GC) region, i.e., the Inner Galaxy Survey, at very high energies (≳100 GeV) performed with the H.E.S. array of five ground-based Cherenkov telescopes.
