Exploration of the Mechanism of Salvianolic Acid for Injection Against Ischemic Stroke: A Research Based on Computational Prediction and Experimental Validation

TL;DR: The results showed that SAFI inhibited PTGS1 and PTGS2 activity in a dose-dependent manner and inhibited the production of prostaglandin E2 induced by lipopolysaccharide in RAW264.7 macrophages and BV-2 microglia, suggesting that SAFi might function as an anti-inflammatory agent.
Journal ArticleDOI

Role of Radiation Therapy Differs Between Stages in Primary Bone Large B-Cell Lymphoma in Rituximab Era: A Population-Based Analysis.

TL;DR: This population-based analysis is the largest PB-DLBCL dataset to date and demonstrates a significant survival benefit associated with RT in early stages rather than advanced stages, and should be considered in ES disease with cautions of second cancers in specific subsets of patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Accelerating Boolean Matching Using Bloom Filter

TL;DR: A filter-based Boolean matching method, F-BM, which accelerates Boolean matching using lookup tables implemented by Bloom filters storing pre-calculated matching results is proposed, which is 80X faster with 0.5% more area than a SAT- based Boolean matcher.
Journal ArticleDOI

K‐Functionalized Carbon Quantum Dots‐Induced Interface Assembly of Carbon Nanocages for Ultrastable Potassium Storage Performance

TL;DR: In this article , porous carbon nanocages are designed using low-cost glucose as the carbon precursor via a facile K-functionalized carbon quantum dots (K•CQDs)induced assembly route under hydrothermal process.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

TeSHoP: A Temperature Sensing based Hotspot-Driven Placement technique for FPGAs

TL;DR: A timing-constraint temperature sensing-based hotspot-driven placement technique for field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) and demonstrates a significant reduction in peak temperature and a great improvement on thermal uniformity, with slight performance overhead under timing constraints.
