Picosecond Time of Flight Measurements of Excitonic Polariton in CuCl

TL;DR: In this paper, the group velocity of excitonic polariton in CuCl has been measured at 4.2 K using picosecond light pulses, which is derived by measuring both the time delay of light pulses and the thickness of samples.
Journal ArticleDOI

Absorption Spectra of Optically Pumped ZnS:Mn

TL;DR: In this paper, the initial state of these transitions is identified with the emitting state 4 T 1 ( 4 G ) of Mn 2+ ion. But the experimental results showed that both single Mn 2 + and exchange-coupled pair of Mn + and pair of MN 2+ controlled to the excited-state absorption.
Journal ArticleDOI

Excited-state absorption spectra of ZnS : Mn

TL;DR: In this paper, the transition from the emitting state 4 T 1 (4 G) of Mn2+-doped ZnS crystal was observed at 655 and 830 nm under intense optical excitation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Picosecond Time Analysis of Excitonic Molecule Luminescence Spectra in CuCl

TL;DR: In this article, the formation time and the lifetime of excitonic molecules are determined to be \({\lesssim}10π ps and 300π ps, respectively, the latter of which agrees with the radiative lifetime calculated by using existing theories.
Journal ArticleDOI

Broadly tunable, repetitive, picosecond parametric oscillator

TL;DR: In this paper, a LiNbO3 parametric oscillator system based on a repetitively mode-locked YAG:Nd laser has been developed, whose wavelengths are tunable between 630 nm and 3.6 μm.
