Nanoparticles with Raman Spectroscopic Fingerprints for DNA and RNA Detection
TL;DR: Six dissimilar DNA targets with six Raman-labeled nanoparticle probes were distinguished, as well as two RNA targets with single nucleotide polymorphisms, and the current unoptimized detection limit of this method is 20 femtomolar.

Triangular nanoframes and method of making same
TL;DR: In this paper, the surface plasmon bands in the ultraviolet or visible regions of the optical spectrum are regenerated by adding a mild reducing agent, resulting in metal plating and reformation of nanoprisms.
Journal ArticleDOI
Study on Interfacial Interlocking Effect of Ultrasonic Vibration-Assisted Adhesive Bonding
Yun Wei Charles Cao,Hui Wang,Qing Guo Zhang,Kai Huang,Yizhe Chen,Jinhua Wang,Fei Yan,Huang Liu +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , ultrasonic vibration was applied during the bonding process of sandblasted Ni plates and carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminates, and the results showed that the ultrasonic process could improve the permeability and uniformity of the adhesive, enhancing the micromechanical interlocking effect.

Nanocadres triangulaires et procedes de fabrication associes
TL;DR: The authors concerne des nanoprismes graves de sorte a former des structures cadres triangulaires, which can be used to reduce the ions metalliques restant dans la solution, which provoque un placage metallique and a nouvelle formation of nanoprisms.
