Journal ArticleDOI

N-doped carbon-dots for luminescent solar concentrators

TL;DR: In this paper, N-doped carbon-dots (N-CDs) are used as phosphors for LSC fabrication, and the properties of N-CD/PMMA thin film LSCs with various thicknesses are investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication of high-performance luminescent solar concentrators using N-doped carbon dots/PMMA mixed matrix slab

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used low cost and environmentally friendly N-doped carbon-dots (N-CDs) as phosphors to fabricate N-CD/PMMA slab based luminescent solar concentrators.
Journal ArticleDOI

Deep-red emitting zinc and aluminium co-doped copper indium sulfide quantum dots for luminescent solar concentrators.

TL;DR: The obtained deep-red emitting CIS QDs were employed to fabricate semi-transparent luminescent solar concentrators (LSCs) which exhibited an excellent optical efficiency of 6.97% and could pave the way to realize high efficiency and environment-friendly LSCs for building integrated photovoltaics.
