TL;DR: In this article , carboxyl groups were introduced into organic phosphors to enable the formation of repulsive interactions between isolated molecules and the matrix in rigid environment, and the experimental results show a phosphor with a record lifetime and quantum efficiency up to 3.16 s and 50.0% simultaneously under ambient conditions.

The multifunctional Prussian blue/graphitic carbon nitride nanocomposites for fluorescence imaging-guided photothermal and photodynamic combination therapy
TL;DR: In this paper , a nanocomposite (PBCN) was fabricated via electrostatic interaction between Prussian blue nanoparticles (PBNPs) and graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4), and the resulting PBCN possessed good photothermal properties and excellent photodynamic effects with 808 nm irradiation.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors report a concise strategy to develop supercooled liquids (SCLs) with dynamic room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) behavior using terminal hydroxyl engineering, which effectively hinder the nucleation process of molecules for the formation of stable SCLs after thermal annealing.
