Identification and genetic diversity of Spodoptera frugiperda in Lampung Province, Indonesia

TL;DR: This research confirmed the presence of S. frugiperda in Lampung Province by collecting and identifying larvae of Spodoptera found in the field as well as investigation on the genetic diversity of the established populations and to observe the damage caused by this pest on cornfields in the Lampung province.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced fungicide resistance in Isaria fumosorosea following ionizing radiation-induced mutagenesis.

TL;DR: Ion beams and gamma rays are potentially useful tools for inducing beneficial fungal mutations and thereby improving the potential for application of entomopathogenic fungi as microbial control agents.
Journal ArticleDOI

Peronosclerospora australiensis is a synonym of P. maydis , which is widespread on Sumatra, and distinct from the most prevalent Java maize downy mildew pathogen

TL;DR: In this paper, a set of primers developed in this study, PCOX2F and PCOCOX2R, was used for PCR amplification and sequence analysis of cox2 and phylogenetic inference on all the 26 isolates.
