TL;DR: In this article , the authors compared four-factor models to investigate the structure of parent self-efficacy (PSE) and found that task-specific and general PSE could be assessed separately or mapped in a hierarchical model with task specific PSE factors and a superordinate factor of general PSE.

Reasons Given by ECEC Professionals for (Not) Being in Contact With Parents During the COVID-19 Pandemic.
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the reasons for not being in contact with parents during the COVID-19 pandemic in early childhood education and care (ECEC) settings and found that the vast majority of respondents were in contact to parents; their stated motives included providing informational or emotional support for parents and children, maintaining a relationship, or inquiring about family wellbeing.
