Journal ArticleDOI

Decomposition of trimethylgallium in the downstream region of a near afterglow plasma

TL;DR: In this paper, the downstream region of a near afterglow plasma (Δt=100 μs) has been used to decompose trimethylgallium (TMGa) and the products analyzed using a mass spectrometer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Windowless helium lamp assisted chemical vapor deposition of hydrogenated amorphous silicon

TL;DR: In this article, a windowless helium lamp is employed to assist chemical vapor deposition of hydrogenated amorphous silicon from disilane feedstock gas at a film growth rate greater than 200 A/min.
Journal ArticleDOI

A review of microelectronic film deposition using direct and remote electron-beam-generated plasmas

TL;DR: In this paper, electron-beam plasma is used directly, where electron-impact dissociation of feedstock gases plays a dominant role, and indirectly in a downstream afterglow, where the electron impact dissociation (EIDE) plays no role and photodissociation and metastable atom-molecule reactions dominate in the downstream after-glow.
Journal ArticleDOI

Windowless Wide Area Vuv Lamp for Energy Assisted CVD

TL;DR: In this article, thin films of aluminum nitride, Si3N4, and hydrogenated amorphous silicon have been deposited at temperatures between 100°C - 400°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

In-Situ Gas Conversion Using a Wide Area Disc Shaped He-H2 Plasma and Organometallic Feedstocks

TL;DR: In this paper, a disc shaped plasma source of 20 cm in diameter generated by a ring shaped cathode electron beam is used to decompose Trimethylgallium (TMGa) and Trimylarsenic (TMAs).
