Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of magnetic field of light on refractive index

TL;DR: In this article, the authors derived formulas of refractive index with the inductor model of electron cloud and the law of energy conservation for light refraction in a medium, that is, the ratio of light speed in vacuum to light speed of light in the medium.
Journal ArticleDOI

Modification of tin dioxide thin films by ion implantation

TL;DR: The effects of implantation on the phase transform in the films were studied in this paper, where XRD and XPS were used to characterize the films and showed that the implantation decreases the O:Sn ratio of the phases composed of tin and oxygen in the film while O implantation increases this ratio.
Journal ArticleDOI

The effect of mesh anode on cathodic arc in focusing magnetic field

TL;DR: In this article, the performance and characteristics of a cathodic arc deposition apparatus consisting of a titanium cathode, an anode with and without a tungsten mesh, and a coil producing a focusing magnetic field between the anode and cathode are investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Computer simulation of multicomponent ion beam enhanced deposition of (TiMo) N films

TL;DR: In this article, a Monte Carlo computer simulation code has been developed to describe the behavior of incident particles and the growth of (TiMo) N films in the multicomponent ion beam enhanced deposition process, which combines bombardment with a multic-component ion beam of N + +Mo + and sputter deposition of a Ti film.
Journal ArticleDOI

Assistant Anode in a Cathodic Arc Plasma Source

TL;DR: In this article, the performance and characteristics of a cathodic arc plasma source, consisting of a titanium cathode, an anode with and without a tungsten mesh, and a coil producing a focusing magnetic field between the anode and cathode was investigated.
