Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and structural characterization of complexes derived from treatment of gallium trichloride with 3,5-diphenylpyrazole
TL;DR: In this paper, the X-ray crystal structures of GaCl3(Ph2pzH) and GaCl4− were determined, and reveal weak hydrogen bond interactions between the nitrogen-bound hydrogen atoms and gallium-bound chlorine atoms.
Journal ArticleDOI
PIDA-Mediated Formal Olefinic C=C Bond Cleavage of α-Oxo-Ketene N,N-Acetals toward Substituted Oxazolines.
TL;DR: The hypervalent iodine reagent PhI(OAc)2 (PIDA) mediated the formal oxidative C=C bond cleavage and subsequent cyclization of internal olefins, that is, α-oxo-ketene N,N-acetals, which afforded substituted oxazolines.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and structural characterization of (CH2)(n)-bridged indenyl-pyrazoles and their cyclopentadienyl nickel(II) complexes
TL;DR: A new class of (ch2 n)-bridged indenyl-pyrazoles [4-{ind-(ch 2 n)}-rr'pzh] (ind = 1h-inden-3-yl, n = 1-3, rr'pz = 3,5-disubstituted pyrazolato) were synthesized.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cobalt-Catalyzed Chemoselective Transfer Hydrogenative Cyclization Cascade of Enone-Tethered Aldehydes.
TL;DR: The ligand-free Co-catalyzed chemoselective reductive cyclization cascade of enone-tethered aldehydes with i-PrOH as the environmentally benign hydrogen surrogate is developed in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Biscarbene complexes from the reactions of O-ethyl lactim and 1-alkynyl Fischer carbene complexes of chromium and tungsten
TL;DR: In this article, a cyclopentadiene derivative was obtained as a rare example of intermediate Fischer carbene species, suggesting a possible reaction pathway for the thermal annelation of the rearrangement complex.
