Corrigendum: Decreased LKB1 predicts poor prognosis in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma.
Jian-Yu Yang,Shu-Heng Jiang,De-Jun Liu,Xiao-Mei Yang,Yan-Miao Huo,Jiao Li,Rong Hua,Zhigang Zhang,Yong-Wei Sun +8 more
TL;DR: It is found that LKB1 protein expression was one of the independent prognostic factors for overall survival of PDAC patients and Kaplan-Meier survival and Cox regression analyses were executed to evaluate the prognosis ofPDAC.
Journal ArticleDOI
Vertical shear resistance of noncompact steel–concrete composite girders under combined positive moment and shear
TL;DR: In this paper , the ultimate shear resistance of composite girders with noncompact sections under positive moments was investigated using the finite element method (FEM) and the validity of the FEM was verified using existing test data.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dipyridamole enhances the anti-cancer ability of aspirin against colorectal cancer by inducing apoptosis in an unfolded protein response-dependent manner
Shan Huang,Naiqi Zhang,Chunjie Xu,Wuqing Huang,Dongdong Li,Jun Li,Lin-Li Yao,Kristina Sundquist,J. Lundquist,Shu-Heng Jiang,Xin Xing,Li-Peng Hu,Zhigang Zhang,Jianguang Ji,Xueli Zhang +14 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Activation of telomerase activity and telomere elongation of host cells by Theileria annulata infection
TL;DR: The effect of T. annulata infection on telomere and telomerase activity in bovine cells has not yet been described as discussed by the authors , however, it is known that telomeres are upregulated after infection with Theileria ANNULATA in three types of cell lines.
Journal ArticleDOI
Flat visible spectrum by a genetic algorithm optimized photonic crystal fiber in the GHz comb spacing.
Ruoao Yang,Yifan Ma,Minghe Zhao,Wei Han,Qiang Liu,Zhangyuan Chen,Aimin Wang,Shinji Yamashita,Zhigang Zhang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , a dispersion-managed photonic crystal fiber (PCF) was designed for supercontinuum (SC) generation at 1'GHz comb spacing with an input pulse of ∼150'fs, 450'pJ at 1050'nm, which is absolutely fit to the calibration of an astronomical spectrograph.
