Supertwistacene: A Helical Graphene Nanoribbon.

TL;DR: This work describes a synthetic chiral graphene nanoribbon, named supertwistacene 1, which has four superbenzene (HBC) units linearly fused in a helical manner and has a very stable configuration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Double π-Extended Undecabenzo[7]helicene.

TL;DR: The double π-extended undecabenzohelicene (DHE) as discussed by the authors is a chiral nanographene composed of 65 fused rings and 186 conjugated carbon atoms.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fractal Dimension Analysis of Structure and Bending Strength of Porous Alumina Prepared Using Starch and Carbon Fiber as Pore-Forming Agents

TL;DR: In this paper , the fractal dimension of porous alumina was analyzed using the Archimedes' method and the mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP), and the results showed that the pore size distribution was double-peak when the content of pore-forming agent was 20, 30, or 50 vol%.
