Journal ArticleDOI
Molecular spectrum of KRAS, NRAS, BRAF and PIK3CA mutations in Chinese colorectal cancer patients: analysis of 1,110 cases
Jing Zhang,Jianming Zheng,Yinghong Yang,Junliang Lu,Jie Gao,Tao Lu,Jian Sun,Jiang Hui,Yan Zhu,Yuhui Zheng,Zhiyong Liang,Tong-hua Liu +11 more
TL;DR: Differences in the genetic profiles of KRAS, NRAS, PIK3CA and BRAF at mutation hotspots between Chinese CRC patients and those of Western countries were revealed, while some of these gene features were shared among patients from other Asian countries.
Journal ArticleDOI
Clinicopathological Features and Outcomes of Acute Kidney Injury in Critically Ill COVID-19 with Prolonged Disease Course: A Retrospective Cohort.
Peng Xia,Yubing Wen,Yaqi Duan,Hua Su,Wei Cao,Meng Xiao,Jie Ma,Yangzhong Zhou,Gang Chen,Wei Jiang,Huanwen Wu,Yan Hu,Sanpeng Xu,Hanghang Cai,Zhengyin Liu,Xiang Zhou,Bin Du,Jinglan Wang,Taisheng Li,Xiaowei Yan,Limeng Chen,Zhiyong Liang,Shuyang Zhang,Chun Zhang,Yan Qin,Guoping Wang,Xuemei Li +26 more
TL;DR: AKI was a common and multifactorial complication in patients critically ill with COVID-19 at the late stage of the disease course, and KDIGO stage 3 AKI independently predicted death.
Journal ArticleDOI
Relationship between EGFR expression, copy number and mutation in lung adenocarcinomas
TL;DR: EGFR protein expression, EGFR copy number and EGFR mutations were closely related to each other and standard methods and interpretation criteria need to be established.
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis of EGFR, HER2, and TOP2A gene status and chromosomal polysomy in gastric adenocarcinoma from Chinese patients.
TL;DR: It is suggested that chromosome 7 polysomy may be responsible for increased EGFR gene copy number in gastric carcinomas, and that HER2 gene amplification may be the major reason for HER2 protein overexpression.
Journal ArticleDOI
Paracrine SDF-1α signaling mediates the effects of PSCs on GEM chemoresistance through an IL-6 autocrine loop in pancreatic cancer cells
TL;DR: It is demonstrated for the first time that PSCs promote the chemoresistance of PCCs to GEM, and this effect is mediated by paracrine SDF-1α/CXCR4 signaling-induced activation of the intracellular FAK-AKT and ERK1/2 signaling pathways and a subsequent IL-6 autocrine loop in PCC's.
