TL;DR: Zhang et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated the relationship between empowering leadership, basic psychological needs satisfaction, work-related well-being, and project citizenship behavior, and found that empowering leadership can improve individual outcomes (i.e., work related wellbeing, project citizenship behaviour) in Chinese construction projects.
