Waldman,Joe W. Gray,Joe W. Gray +28 more
TL;DR: It is shown that the recurrent CNAs differ between tumor subtypes defined by expression pattern and that stratification of patients according to outcome can be improved by measuring both expression and copy number, especially high-level amplification.

Methods for high throughput sample preparation for microarray analysis
Zuwei Qian,Thomas B. Ryder +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, automated methods for hybridizing target to microarrays, washing and staining micro-arrays are described and improved conditions for hybridization and for storage and scanning of arrays with hybridized target are also disclosed.

TL;DR: This study explores the roles of genome copy number abnormalities (CNAs) in breast cancer pathophysiology by identifying associations between recurrent CNAs, gene expression, and clinical outcome in a set of aggressively treated early-stage breasttumors.

High Quality Performance of High-throughput GeneChip® Probe Array System
TL;DR: A high-throughput GeneChipreg probe array platform offers automated processing of 96 samples in the industry standard 96-well plate format and can deliver the same performance as the standard cartridge probe arrays.
