TL;DR: It was shown that the fish mass spawning in 2013 was more effective and occurred on floodplain spawning areas with the sequential succession of the investigated species, while the fish spawning was observed in eriks and was less effective in 2012.
Abstract: This article considers the influence of the hydrological regime in the lower reaches of the Volga delta (based on the example of the Damchiksky site of the Astrakhan Reserve) during high water periods in the low-water year of 2012 and medium-water year of 2013 on the abundance of producers entering for spawning and the density of aggregations of juveniles of roach Rutilus caspicus, vulgaris rudd Scardinius erythrophthalmus, and river perch Perca fluviatilis. It is shown that the fish mass spawning in 2013 was more effective and occurred on floodplain spawning areas with the sequential succession of the investigated species, while the fish spawning was observed in eriks and was less effective in 2012. It was revealed that vulgaris rudd shows the highest adaptation to insufficient watering conditions.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors propose a strategy for strategic supply chain management in a special economic zone (SEZ) with access to international organizational interaction of both individual participants and the SEZ as a whole.
Abstract: As you know, a special economic zone (SEZ) is a territory to which the state has granted a special legal status and economic benefits, but without effective logistics and smart technologies, the work of zone residents is not possible. The technology-innovative SEZs are the institutional basis for testing, improving and scaling “smart technologies”. Strategic supply chain management is needed with access to international organizational interaction of both individual participants and the SEZ as a whole.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors study the internalization process in the banking systems of the Caspian region countries in terms of the penetration of the banks from the caspian regions into the Russian banking sector.
Abstract: The mutual penetration of capital from one country into another has become a characteristic feature of the world financial system. This is largely due to the current globalization processes in the global economy, the continuous development of banking technologies, the need to maintain foreign economic activity of business entities and the rationale for expanding the scales of business activity as a tool to increase operating efficiency. The purpose of the article is to study the current internalization process in the banking systems of the Caspian region countries in terms of the penetration of the banks from the Caspian region countries into the Russian banking sector. Methodology. We have identified the sample of the Russian credit institutions fully controlled by the shareholders from the Caspian region states. Using the data, presented in turnover balance reports (Form 101), we have calculated key performance indicators in 2015–2018. We used the Bank of Russia’s practice to estimate the aggregate balance sheet of the 30 largest credit institutions as the basis for our algorithm. We have analyzed tendencies in funding base, structure of assets and operating efficiency. Results. The analysis of the financial statements shows that within the chosen business model, the banks of the sample are more likely to focus on international financial settlements, servicing foreign trade transactions, than on traditional types of banking business such as lending to non-financial enterprises and individuals. Their performance is significantly lower than the industry benchmarks, which so far does not allow us to expect an increase in their scale of presence in the Russian market in the near future. Practical implications. The analysis of current processes in the field of internationalization of banking systems can be used to assess the financial and economic integration of the countries of the Caspian countries and to develop corrective measures aimed at its further development and deepening.

TL;DR: In this paper, a detailed analysis is conducted of the information posted on the websites of these academies, their interface features, language choices, available services, search engines, key webometric indicators, and newsletter mailing tools.
Abstract: This paper looks into issues associated with the Internet presence of the Academies of Sciences in several Western European countries. We identify the legal statuses of these academies and describe their administrative, financial, and informational interactions with government bodies, corporations, national and international scientific organizations, and individual researchers. A detailed analysis is conducted of the information posted on the websites of these academies, their interface features, language choices, available services, search engines, key webometric indicators, and newsletter mailing tools. Conclusions are drawn about the role of the websites of the academies in ensuring the availability and dissemination of science and technical information, including journal papers; about the creation of national and international scientific information space; and about the usefulness of these websites for Russian researchers.
