Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, a qualitative interpretation of XPS and XRS data for Cu, Zn, Ga phosphides, sulphides and oxides is given, and possible reasons for phosphorus s band splitting for zinc and copper phosphides are considered.

TL;DR: In this paper, the band structure of SiP2 was determined by the orthogonalized plane wave method and the density of states of the valence electrons n(ϵ) was calculated by the linear interpolation method.
Abstract: The band structure of SiP2 is determined by the orthogonalized plane wave method. This compound is found to be a semimetal. The density of states of the valence electrons n(ϵ) is calculated by the linear interpolation method. The function n(ϵ) is compared with the experimental X-ray emission L- and K-bands of silicon and phosphorus in SiP2. [Russian Text Ignored]

TL;DR: In this article, the properties of J-semi-unitary operators are studied and invariant dual pairs of scalar commutative semigroups of such operators are investigated.
Abstract: This paper is concerned with various properties of J-semiunitary operators, and with invariant dual pairs of scalar commutative semigroups of such operators.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the spectrum of photons emitting due to internal Compton effect in 203Tl have been measured in a coincidence experiment and found that the calculated theoretical values from the formula of Wang Chang and Falkoff fit the experimental ones fairly well within the accuracy of the measurement.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, a solution of integral equations of inverse problems of heat conduction is given by the method of successive approximations and also by means of expansions in orthogonal systems of functions.
Abstract: A solution is given of integral equations of inverse problems of heat conduction by the method of successive approximations and also by means of expansions in orthogonal systems of functions. Translated from Inzhenerno-Fizicheskii Zhurnal, Vol. 29, No. 1, pp. 120–123, July, 1975.
