Abstract: The object and the significance of the boiler combustion optimization are summarized.The thesis also makes an overview about the development of the boiler combustion optimization in China and gives a general evaluation for the research and the development of technology.Especially,the paper classifies the research trends systemically after a detailed analysis about the research actuality.Combining with some advanced theories and methods such as soft-sensing,artificial intelligence,the author puts forward several directions on detection,closed loop control and the burner reformation.

Abstract: Based on the gray box modeling technology, the dynamic mathematical model of 65t/h steam boiler for operation was developed. Firstly, we made the mechanism dynamic model by means of fundamental principles. and then improved it's effectiveness by using the methods of steady state model correction and dynamic compensation. The successful application shows that these methods are feasible.

Abstract: There are many differences between CFB ash residue and common ash residue because CFB boiler burn at lower temperature and desulfurizer is put during combustion.The physical and chemical characteristics change dramatically.The content of calcium in CFB ash residue higher than common ash residue and the amount of ash residue also increase.These differences result it difficult to use as common ash residue,so it is very important to study and develop new methods for the utilization of CFB ash residue.In this paper a overview of CFB ash residue utilization in architecture material,agriculture and extraction etc.was given.

Abstract: A comprehensive three-dimensional numerical model is developed for simulation of the industrial scale Shell gasifier.The dry pulverized gasification process is divided into several submodels.The Realizable k-e model is applied to close the Reynolds-averaged NavierStokes equation for gas phase,and the Random-Trajectory model is used to simulate the behavior of particle flow in gasifier.Water evaporation,coal pyrolysis,and homogeneous and heterogeneous char reactions are all considered.The P1model is adopted to calculate the radiative heat transfer in gasifier.The numerical model is performed to simulate the industrial scale Shell gasifier,the predicted results indicated that the coal particle enrich on the wall above the burner and bottom of gasifier,the particle is effected by centrifugal force,so steady slagging flow can be formed on the surface of the cold-water wall.Furthermore,the eddy effect also led the gas and particle flow have long residence time in gasifier,the longest time of gas phase flow is above 10s.Otherwise,the gas composition distribution and temperature distribution have a corresponding relation.
