Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the correlation between Treg/ Th17 cells axis and autoimmunity in patients with HT.【Methods】 We selected 40 HT patients(HT) and 31 age-and sex-matched healthy controls(NC).Flow cytometry was performed to detect the percentages of Treg and Th17 cells.RT-PCR was employed to analyze the expressions of Foxp3 and RORγt mRNA.Serum concentrations of TGF-β,and IL-17A were measured by ELISA,thyroperoixidase antibody(TPOAb) and thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb) were detected by Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA).【Results】 Treg cells percentages and Foxp3 mRNA levels decreased obviously in HT patients(both P 0.01),a significant increase in Th17 cells percentages,RORγt mRNA levels and the ratio of Th17/Treg cells(all P 0.01) compared with NC.There was no statistical difference in serum concentration of TGF-β between HT and NC(P 0.05),while IL-17A levels increased markedly in HT patients(P 0.01).And,in HT patients,the ratio of Th17/Treg cells positively correlated with the levels of serum TPOAb and TgAb(r =0.349,0.502 and P =0.037,0.002 respectively).【Conclusion】 There were dynamic changes of Th17/Treg cells axis in different extent HT,and positively correlated with the thyroid specific autoantibodies,indicating imbalance of Treg/Th17 cells may contribute to autoimmune damage in HT.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the cell proliferation and invasion activity in mouse hepatocarcinoma cell lines with different lymphatic metastatic potential and the location and isoform expression of Annexin A7.【Methods】Mouse hepatocarcinoma cell lines Hca-F with high lymphatic metatastic potential and Hca-P with low lymphatic metastatic potential were used.Cell proliferation was assessed by cell counting kit-8(CCK8) assay.Cell invasion ability was analyzed by the Boyden-transwell assay.The location and isoform expression of annexin A7 were evaluated by subcellular fractionation kit and western blotting analysis.【Results】 The perliferation and invasion ability were higher in Hca-F cell than those in Hca-P cell.47 kD isoform was present in cytoplasm,membrane and cytoskeleton.And they were higher in Hca-F than those in Hca-P,where 51 kD was in the cytoplasm exclusively.【Conclusion】 The location of annexin A7 47 kD isoform might attribute to tumor lymphatic metastasis.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To observe the effects of moxibustion at Zhongwan(RN12)-Zusanli(ST36) on apoptosis of gastric mucosal cells and the expressions of heat shock protein 60(HSP60) and heat shock protein 70(HSP70).【Methods】 32 SD rats were randomly allocated to blank,model,moxibustion acupoint,moxibustion non-acupoint groups with 8 cases in each group.The rats were pre-treated with moxibustion for 8 days.Acute gastric mucosa injury model was established by anhydrous alcohol-induced method.Test apoptotic cells and expression of HSP60 and HSP70 by radio-immunity.【Results】 Compared with blank group,the expression of gastric mucosal UI and HSP70 in model group increased significantly(P 0.01).While gastric mucosal UI decreased remarkably,HSP60 and HSP70 were over expressed in moxibustion acupoint group compared with model and moxibustion non-acupoint group(P 0.01,P 0.01).【Conclusion】 Pretreatment of moxibustion at Zhongwan(RN12)-Zusanli(ST36) can reduce the injury of gastric mucosal caused by anhydrous alcohol,induce the over-expression of HSP 60 and HSP70,avoid noxious stimulus so as to protect the gastric mucosa which moxibustion acupoint was more potent compared with non-acupoint according to the result.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate circulatory level of microRNA 92a(miR-92a) in patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).【Methods】 To determine the regulation of miR-92a,we detected it in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients of SAP with or without T2DM.Based on the circulating miR-92a in patients with SAP,the influence factors were explored with variance component model.【Results】 Contribution of T2DM was six times higher than age in miR-92a expression according to variance component model(sum of squared deviations were 16.676 vs 2.474).MiR-92a expression was higher in patients with T2DM than those without T2DM(F =21.86,P =0.001).The rate of multivessel coronary artery lesions was higher in patients of SAP with T2DM than those without T2DM(73.3% vs 51.2%,P =0.035).【Conclusion】 MiR-92a is up-regulation in patients with SAP complicated with T2DM.The rate of multivessel coronary artery lesions is higher in patients with T2DM than those without T2DM.It implies miR-92a could be used as blood biomarker to prevent SAP complicated T2DM development.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the effect of bizhongxiao decotion and decompositions on study on IL-1 and TNF-1 of rheuma toid,Arthritis rat,and the mechanism of it.【Methods】 90 healthy normal female SD rats randomly divided into groups,model groups,effect of bizhongxiao decoction unit and heat-clearing and toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine intervention,qushi intervention of traditional Chinese medicine group,activating Chinese herbal medicine intervention group.Apart from the normal group groups using subcutaneous injection of bovine type II collagen in rat established with complete Freund adjuvant in rats with collagen-induced arthritis model,observation on the effect of bizhongxiao decoction and its disassemble formulas on experimental rat inhibition of foot swelling,immunohistochemical detection of various points of inflammatory cytokines in synovial IL-1 and TNF levels.【Results】 Modeled after 21 d,model groups,groups and dismantle groups of effect of bizhongxiao decoction in rats significantly higher than normal levels of TNF and IL-1(P 0.05).And the model set of TNF and IL-1 level is significantly higher than group effect of bizhongxiao decoction and separated groups(P 0.01).With the extended time,a model set of TNF and IL-1 level rising,effect of bizhongxiao decoction on the Group and the split groups gradually reduced.Effect of bizhongxiao decoction on IL-1 and TNF levels below the Group separated groups.All-party group,ingredients 1 group,separated 2 groups,recipes 3 Group in turn weakened.【Conclusion】 The effect of bizhongxiao decoction and its disassembled prescriptions in rats with collagen-induced arthritis model,you can cut inflammation factor IL-1 and TNF levels.

Abstract: 【Objective】To explore the diagnostic value of detection of P16 methylation and K-ras mutation of sputum exfoliated cells for peripheral lung cancer.【Methods】P16 methylation was analyzed by MSP(methylation-specific PCR while K-ras mutation was detected by direct sequencing in 64 samples which were divided into two groups,i.e.peripheral pulmonary nodi(n =49) and normal people(n =15) as control.【Results】The P16 MSP positive rate of sputum exfoliated cells and tumors for lung cancer were 51.2%(21/41) and 58.5%(24/41) respectively,with no significant difference(χ2=0.4432,P 0.05),whereas were much higher than that of normal people and benign nodi patients(χ2 were 4.056,6.513 and 5.677 respectively,P 0.05).The K-ras mutation rate of sputum exfoliated cells and tumors for lung cancer were 17.1%(7/41) and 22.0%(9/41) respectively,with no significant difference(χ2=0.0038,P 0.05),while no K-ras mutation was found in normal people and benign nodi patients.If P16 MSP positive and K-ras mutation of sputum exfoliated cells were chosen as the criterion for lung cancer,the sensitivity and negative predictive value were 51.2% and 25.9% for P16 MSP,and 17.1% and 19.0% for K-ras mutation.If P16 MSP positive and K-ras mutation was combined as the criterion for lung cancer,then the sensitivity and negative predictive value rose to 61.0% and 30.4% respectively.【Conclusions】The combined detection of P16 MSP and K-ras mutation of sputum exfoliated cells is contributable to the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To observe the clinical efficacy and toxicity of hepatic artery infusion with brucea javanica oil emulsion in combination with transcatheter arterial embolization with lipiodol in the treatment of intermediate and advanced staged primary liver cancer.【Methods】 124 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by hepatic artery infusion with brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with transcatheter arterial embolization with lipiodol.The control group was treated by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).The two groups in therapeutic effects on solid tumor,life quality and toxicity after treatment were compared.【Results】 Therapeutic effects on solid tumor and life quality in treatment group after treatment were significantly improved compared with the control group(P 0.05),whereas the toxicity in treatment group was lower than control group.【Conclusion】 Hepatic artery infusion with brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with transcatheter arterial embolization with lipiodol can enhance clinical efficacy and improve symptoms of patients with primary liver cancer.It is worthy of further study.

Abstract: 【Objective】Observing the effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction(MXSGD) to inflammation and ultrastructure in lungs of mice infected by influenza virus.【Methods】Using nasal inoculation to establish mouse pulmonary infection model animals by A-type influenza virus.Set up normal group,model group,ribavirin group,MXSGD group.After 7 days of lavaging medicine or normal saline,disposed mice and detected pulmonary weight index routine;Observing pulmonary pathologic changes and recorded the pathologic property and degree by light microscope;Observing pulmonary ultrastructure by transmission electron microscope.【Results】Compared with normal group,pulmonary index of model group is significant go up(P 0.05).Pulmonary index of MXSGD group go down,which different from model group observably(P 0.05).Compared with normal group,lungs of model group are hyperemic and dropsical obviously,while those normal organizations and structures such as alveolus,bronchioles were disappeared,mass inflammatory corpuscle infiltrate within lungs.Pulmonary pathologic changes were significant improving in MXSGD group.Compared with normal group,pulmonary organization structures are destroyed in model group,karyolemma and karyoplasm were inexplicit,the quantity of organelles were decreased,vacuolated changes showed up and there were plenty of viral particles in endochylema.In MXSGD group,pulmonary organizational structure nearly intact,karyolemma and karyoplasm were clearly visible,organelles were plentiful pampered with control group,degree of vacuolated changes within endochylema was lower than model group.【Conclusion】MXSGD play a part in mending inflammation and ultrastructure in lungs of mice infected by influenza virus.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To establish a real time quantitative RT-PCR detection method of PD-L1 and detect the PD-L1 mRNA level of liver transplantation in rats.【Methods】 Establish orthotopic liver transplantation(OTC) tolerance(BN→BN) and rejection(LEW→BN) models in rats by two cuff technique.On the 7th day,kill the recipients and detect the level of ALT and AST.Evaluate the degree of rejection by HE staining.Extract total RNA with Trizol and reverse transcribe it to cDNA.Ues β-actin as internal control and build applications SYBR Green Ⅰ real-time RT-qPCR assay.Detect PD-L1 and β-actin of initial template amount in OTC model by this method and calculate the relative expression of PD-L1 by PD-L1/β-actin.【Results】 Acute rejection happen in allogeneic LEW → BN group.Rejection group were higher than the tolerance group of ALT,AST(all P 0.05).The tolerance group's RAI score is higher than rejection group(P 0.05).The amplification efficiency of PD-L1 is 98.8%.Correlation coefficient is 0.996.Melting curve is specific single peak.Coefficient of variation is less than 2.0%.The relative expression of PD-L1 mRNA in transplanted liver,tolerance group [(0.95 ± 0.10)× 10-2] is higher than the rejection group [(0.81 ± 0.09)× 10-2] and the difference is significant(t =2.62,P =0.026).【Conclusion】 The establishment of the PD-L1 in rats source real-time RT-qPCR detection method is successful.High expression of PD-L1 of tolerance group suggests that it may benefit the survival of rat liver graft.It lays theoretical basis for the study of liver transplantation tolerance.

Abstract: 【Objective】To detect the anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol extracts and fraxinellone extracted and isolated from Cortex Dictamni.【Methods】To identify fraxinellone extracted and isolated from Cortex Dictamni by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS),anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol extracts and fraxinellone were investigated by xylene-induced aruical swelling in mice and the abdominal capillary permeability in mice.【Results】In this paper EI Mass Spectra of fraxinellone were measured,the results showed that ethanol extracts and fraxinellone were significantly(P 0.05) suppress the mouse auricle which caused by the xylene swelling.The medium-dosage and low dose group were increased significantly in abdominal capillary permeability in mice compared with control group.【Conclusions】A method using electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(ESI-MSn) was established for analysis and identification of fraxinellone from Cortex Dictamni.The results showed that ethanol extracts and fraxinellone showed differences anti-inflammatory effect in variety of animal models of anti-inflammatory.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor enalapri maleate tablets on renal function in patients undergoing percutanous coronary intervention.【Methods】 146 consecutive patients undergoing diagnostic coronary angiography(CAG) or percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) were assigned to enalapri group(n =72) and control group(n =74) randomly.In the enalapri group,the patients receive enalapri maleate tablets 5~10 mg twice daily more than 2 days before and after CAG or PCI.We compared serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(Cys C) levels,and estimated glomerular filatration rate(eGFR) at baseline and 48 h after CAG or PCI.【Results】 In the control group Scr increased from(69.79±16.77) to(71.80±15.98) μmol/L(P 0.05),eGFR decreased from(112.19±33.08) to(106.64±24.65) mL/min(P 0.01),and Cys C increased from(0.57±0.11) to(0.62±0.22) mg/L(P 0.05).In the enalapri group,Scr,eGFR and Cys C were unchanged.【Conclusions】 These results suggested that enalapri maleate tablets are effective in preventing contrast-induced nephropathy.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the role of RNAi-mediated gene silencing of Notch1 in xenografted human hepatocellular carcinoma cells(HepG2) carcinoma.【Methods】 Fifteen nude mice were divided into three groups,including untreated group(inoculated with HepG2 cells treated with phosphate buffered saline),empty vector group(inoculated with HepG2 cells transfected with empty vector) and Notch1 group(inoculated with HepG2 cells transfected with).All the mice were inoculated with HepG2 cells(1×108/mL) of 0.2 mL.Then,the growth of xenografted tumor was observed every other day.Fifteen days later,the mice were sacrificed,tumor tissue was dissected and subjected to terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay for the detection of cell apoptosis,reverse-transcription(RT-PCR) and western blot for the examination of mRNA and protein expressions of Notch1,bcl-2 and bax,respectively.【Results】 The proliferation of xenografted tumor in Notch1 siRNA group was obviously inhibited compared with the untreated group.The weight of xenografted tumor in Notch1 group was significantly lower than that in the untreated group and empty vector group[(0.685±0.138) g vs.(2.896±0.513) g and(2.776±0.623)g,F =29.672,P 0.01).TUNEL assay demonstrated that the number of apoptotic cells per 500 cells in tumor tissue specimens was(91±3) in Notch1 siRNA group,evidently higher than that in the untreated group(10±3) and empty vector group(11±2)(F =187.343,P 0.05).Further,RT-PCR and Western blot revealed that the mRNA and protein expressions of Notch 1 and bcl-2 were significantly downregulated,but those of bax were markedly upregulated in the Notch 1 siRNA group,with significant difference among the three groups(all P 0.05).【Conclusions】 Gene silencing of notch1 can inhibit the growth of xenografted hepatocellular carcinoma cells(HepG2) carcinoma and induce HepG2 cell apoptosis likely by upregulating bax expression and downregulating bcl-2 expression.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the anti-proliferation effect of traditional Chinese medicine prunella vulgaris and cremastra appendiculata on the thyroid cancer cell line in vitro.【Methods】 The human thyroid cancer cell line SW579 was incubated particularly with different concentrations of Prunella vulgaris and Cremastra appendiculata,then the inhibition concentration 50%(IC50) of each drug can be measured by MTT assay.It can be divided into four groups: the Prunella aulgaris group,the Cremastra appendiculata group,both of the two drugs and negative group.The change of the cell morphology can be observed by inverted phase contrast microscope after treating with different drugs.The expression of c-myc protein in different drug therapeutic teams was detected by Western blot.【Results】 The IC50 value of Prunella vulgaris was 21 mg/mL,and the IC50 value of Cremastra appendiculata was 122 mg/mL.The Prunella vulgaris and the two drugs group can inhibit the cell growth,especially in the two drugs group.The c-myc protein of the Prunella vulgaris group and the two drugs group were lower than the negative group(P 0.05),especially in the two drugs group(P 0.05),there is no difference between the small dose of Cremastra appendiculata and the negative group(P 0.05).【Conclusions】 The traditional Chinese medicine Prunella vulgaris and cremastra appendiculata can anti-proliferate the growth of SW579 cell line,the small dose of cremastra appendiculata can promote the anti-proliferation effect of prunella vulgaris.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the effects of astragalus injection on vascular endothelial cells injury in rat models of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) induced by harmful two-hit.【Methods】 Eighty-six SD rats were randomly divided into control group,MODS group and treated group.MODS models were reproduced in MODS and treated groups.Astragalus solution was injected in treated group,meanwhile control and MODS groups were injected with 0.9% saline.Blood specimens were collected at 24 h,48 h,respectively after injection to determine number of circulating endothelial cells(CEC),contents of thrombomodulin(TM),von Willebrand factor(VWF),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA).【Results】 Number of CEC,contents of TM and VWF at 24 h and 48 h in treated group were lower obviously than in MODS group at same time points(P 0.05).Contents of ICAM-1 and MDA at 24 h and 48 h in treated group were lower obviously than in MODS group at same time points(P 0.01),contents of SOD at 24 h and 48 h in treated group were higher obviously than in MODS group at same time points(P 0.01).【Conclusion】 Astragalus injection can protect vascular endothelial cells injury in rat models of MODS induced by two-hit.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To compare the protective effects of the quercetin and nanoscale quercetin liposome on hepatic injury in rats.【Method】 Nanoscale quercetin liposome was prepared according to the mean of film highly-pressured and evenly-textured,the drug loading and entrapment rate were measured.Quercetin liposome nanoparticles and liposome nanometer-granules and quercetin were respectively injected into rats.ALT,AST,TBiLi,TBA in serum and LN,HA,PCIII,IV-C in liver were compared with each other.【Results】 Nanoscale quercetin liposome′s diameter was(133±21) nm,drug loading was(0.61±0.08) mg/mg,entrapment rate was(91.18±0.78)%.ALT,AST,TBiLi,TBA in serum and LN,HA,PCIII,IV-C in liver of quercetin liposome nanometer-granules were better than liposome nanometer-granules and quercetin.Nanoscale quercetin liposome can strengthen the expression of Bcl-2 protein.【Conclusion】 protective effect of nano-granulated quercetin liposome on hepatic injury in rats is better than quercetin,and express positive dose response relationship.The mechanism of the protective effect of nano-granulated quercetin liposome is the strengthen of the express of Bcl-2 protein.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To observe the treatment result of radiotherapy combined with thermotherapy for advanced stage lunge cancer after chemotherapy for 4~6 cycle and safety of thermotherapy.【Methods】 Clinical data of 62 patients with advanced stage NSCLC received chemotherapy for 4~6 cycles had treated by radiotherapy concurrent with thermotherapy in 30 cases and had treated by radiotherapy alone in 32 cases.Hyperthermia was performed from the 3nd week during the radiotherapy,twice a week for 2 weeks.Patients were heated for halt to one hour between 39.5~41℃ after radiotherapy,and temperature was measured in intra-lumenally of esophagus and anus simultaneously.To record patients' blood routine,BUN,Cr and ALT and patients' blood pressure,pulse and blood oxygen saturation during the thermotherapy.Patients received CT scan of Chest before and after completing treatment.【Results】 Median follow-up time was 3 months.The PR+CR rate of the group of radiotherapy combined with thermo-therapy and radiotherapy alone were 70%,44% respectively.Test of blood and biochemistry were not statistically different compared with before and after thermotherapy.Blood pressure,pulse and blood oxygen saturation were in normal range during the thermotherapy,no patients end treatment.【Conclusion】 The thermotherapy combined with radiotherapy has a satisfactory result for advanced stage NSCLC.The thermotherapy was safety too.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To explore the roles of serum cytokines during acute exacerbation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and the effects of sodium aescinate(SA).【Methods】 Ninety-four patients with COPD were randomly divided in two groups: control group(n =47) and treatment group(n =47).All patients were treated with routine anti-infection,oxygen inhalation,relieving phlegm and anti-asthma.The treatment group took SA based on the routine heteropathy.The changes of serum TNF-α and IL-6,the pulmonary functions,blood gas analysis were detected before and two weeks after treatment in patients of two groups,which is compared with those of 50 healthy subjects.【Results】 There are no significant differences in the value of TNF-α and IL-6,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),FEV 1% before treatment between two groups(P 0.05);Serum TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups were comparatively higher than the healthy(P 0.01).After treatment,the above-mentioned indexes of two groups were obviously ameliorated in comparison with before treatment(P 0.01),but the treatment group is better than the control group(P 0.01).The correlation analysis indicated that the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were negatively correlated with FEV1/FVC,FEV1%,PaO2 and positively correlated with PaCO2(P 0.01).【Conclusion】 The serum level of cytokines might be involved in the local inflammation of acute exacerbation of COPD;Sodium aescinate can improve the pulmonary functions during acute exacerbation in patients with COPD by inhibiting the generation of cytokines.

Abstract: 【Objective】Analyze the causes and related factors of the main complications of 1 490 cases of cancer chemotherapy patients with PICC.【Methods】Use convenient sampling method,retrospective analysis in June 2007 to September 2011,1 490 cases of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy for PICC medical records,discuss possible factors of complications.【Results】Show in 1 490 patients,77 cases of phlebitis,a rate of 5.2%;30 cases of catheter blocks,a rate of 2.0%;22 case of local puncture infection,the rate was 1.4%;11 cases of catheter ectopic,rate was 0.7%;6 cases of thrombosis,rate was 0.4%;3 cases of catheter completely drop,the rate was 0.2%;8 cases of other complications.Logistic regression showed that age,puncture,postoperative intervention,the operator are the risk factors of phlebitis.Patients of different age groups,the incidence of different phlebitis(P =0.003),and the incidence of phlebitis increases with age,the older the age OR value is lower;Puncture place is a risk factors of phlebitis(OR =1.154);Phlebitis risk by students operated was 6.807 times than nurses who acquired the qualification certification of PICC;After postoperative using relevant intervention measures can prevent the occurrence of phlebitis(b 0).【Conclusions】PICC is a safe and effective intravenous infusion channel to patients with cancer chemotherapy,we should strengthen the operator skill training and the patient's health education to reduce complications.

Abstract: 【Objective】To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of naloxone combined with respirator to treat COPD with tape Ⅱ respiratory failure.【Methods】52 patients with COPD combined with type II respiratory failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Respirator was given to the control group.Respirator and naloxone were given to the treatment group.The arterial blood gas analysis of 12 h,48 h,72 h before and after treatment and value of pulmonary artery pressure(PASP) 7d and clinical curative effect were comparatively analyzed in two groups.【Results】There were significant differences in arterial blood gas analysis 12h,48 h,72 h before and after treatment in two groups(P0.05).PASP after 7 d in the treatment group was obviously lower than in the control group(P0.05).The improvement of patient mind in the treatment group was significantly higher and the average hospital stay was significantly shorter(both P0.05).【Conclusion】Naloxone combined with respirator to the treatment of COPD with tape Ⅱ respiratory failure could significantly improve the respiratory and circulatory functions,reduce respiratory depression,achieve remarkable effect.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the influence of teacher standardized patient on diagnostics inquiry teaching.【Methods】 A total of 264 medical college students majoring in clinic were randomly divided into two groups,teacher standardized patient group(TSP group n =136) and multimedia group(M group n =128).M group students received lectures and multimedia illustration while TSP group students received lectures and TSP teaching.The scores of inquire practice and writing of medical history were compared between TSP group and M group.The questionnaire was sent to TSP group students to investigate the students' feeling of TSP teaching.【Results】 The scores were significantly higher in TSP group than in M group.Most students held the positive attitude for TSP teaching.【Conclusion】 Inquire teaching with TSP can improve the teaching quality of diagnostics.

Abstract: 【Objective】 To observe the effects of integrative medicine in patients with spinal cord injury rehabilitation on muscle spasm relief.【Methods】 60 cases of spastic patients with spinal cord injury rehabilitation method of intervention is divided according to treatment group(integrative medicine rehabilitation relieve spasms) and the control group(western medicine rehabilitation relieve spasm) of the 30 cases,respectively,in training and training 12 weeks before the start of after the assessment of muscle spasm,the incidence of complications were compared.【Results】 Patients treated with urinary tract infections,osteoporosis,upper limbs flexion spasms,lower extremity adduction stretching spasms,pressure sores,ankle Achilles tendon contractures,edema,shoulder joint contracture and other common complications of spinal cord injury were significantly lower than the control group;Integrative Medicine treated patients recovered motor function recovery and ADL scores were better than excellent rehabilitation control group(P 0.05~0.01).【Conclusions】 Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation therapy can significantly relieve muscle spasms after spinal cord injury,promote recovery of motor function,improved ADL.

Abstract: With the improvement of the people′s living standards,the diabetes′ prevalence of the ethnic minorities is gradually increased,the epidemiological research on the minorities′ diabetes at home and abroad is increasingly carried out.A large number of studies have shown that there is a big difference in the prevalence status of type 2 diabetes in the minority populations.In addition to genetic factors,the major environmental factors of diabetes include age,gender,family history of diabetes,race,body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),lack of physical activity,hypertension,dyslipidemia,life stress events and smoking.Now we will make a brief overview on the Diabetes Epidemiology Research of the domestic and foreign minorities.
