Abstract: To study the distribution of stress on surface layer and subsurface layer of material in condition of impact-sliding motion,the contact mode under impact-sliding coupling was established.The load is dispersed by using virtual contact loading method,simplifying the contact search algorithm in the finite element model and improving the efficiency of calculation.The results show that impact-sliding contact mainly becomes shear apparent and asymmetry of contact stress.

Abstract: Reconfigurable Manufacturing System(RMS) is a kind of new typed manufacturing system which answers rapidly the new environment of production and possesses important significance in the aspect of individualized production and rapid answering the changes of market.The history,concept,classification,features of reconfiguration and its characteristics of reconfigurable manufacturing system are expounded.The current situation of research for present RMS is reviewed. The key techniques of RMS are disscussed,and the developing direction of applicational research for reconfigurable manufacturing system is advanced.

Abstract: At present, the research on genetic algorithm of hybrid discrete variables is comparatively less; furthermore the existent algorithm could not fairly satisfy the requirements of engineering design on the treatment of designing variables. For this reason, a kind of engineering treatment method on designing variables orientating design and manufacturing, which could reasonably deal with value adopting problems of hybrid discrete variables in optimization design, was put foreword. A chaos emigration operator was introduced for carrying out improvement on the fundamental genetic algorithm, and the compound genetic algorithmic program LSGA for the optimization of hybrid discrete variables was developed. The living example of engineering design showed that this algorithm has no special requirements on the characteristics of optimal designing problems, it has a fairly good universal adaptability and a reliable operation of program with a strong ability of overall convergency.

Abstract: A kind of optimization designing method that could enhancing the reliability and robustness of mechanical parts has been put forward.Using the convex set model to describe the uncertainty existed in the parts design.By adopting the physical planning method to construct discontentedness function of the uncertainty parameters.By means of minimizing the worst value of discontentedness function to realize the robustness of objective function.Through the sensitivity analysis to achieve the robustness of constraint function.The firm and steady reliability optimization model was established based on physical planning and sensitivity analysis.This model is a kind of nested optimization model and can be solved by adopting the delamination method.By way of an optimization designing living example of valve spring the effectiveness and rationality of this method was explained.
