Abstract: Relevant fractal dimensions of rock acoustic emissions on different stress levels under uniaxial compression were obtained by analysing the experimental data It increased with the dimension of phase space The results showed that the dimensions of most of the rock samples growed slowly when applied stress was less than 60% of the fracture stress, and reached minor values when the samples fractured It predicted that the reduction of the fractal dimension indicated the occurring of the major cracks or failure

Abstract: Adsorbent was firstly immersed in solution of La~(3+) with concentration of 0.5% and pH of 10 for more than 16 h; secondly it was dried up and stabilized at temperature of 110 ℃ for 24 h; then it was roasted at temperature between 400~(500 ℃) for 1 h; finally that with radius more than 120 mesh was chosen to remove ammonia nitrogen and phosphate synchronously in static experiment. According to this experiment, optimal pH was 4 and the largest static adsorbing capacities for NH~+_4-N and H_2PO~-_4 were 25 mg/g and (50 mg/g) respectively. In influence of NH~+_4-N and H_2PO~-_4 with concentrations of 10 mg/L and (5 mg/L) respectively, following results can be identified: removal efficiencies can reach 80% and 90% respectively; Removal efficiencies were still more than 80% after being regenerated for 7 times; Dynamics for this process was in accordance with Freundlich adsorption model with a correlation efficient of more than 0.99. This experiment provided a new way for treatment of NH~+_4-N and H_2PO~-_4 in slightly polluted water.

Abstract: Firstly, the critical factors influencing corrosion rate of steel in concrete were analysed in this paper, which included c_ Cl - /c_ OH - on steel surface, the temperature on steel surface and concrete ohmic resistance between steel in concrete and concrete surface. And then, since such an important influencing factor as c_ Cl - /c_ OH - was not considered in previous models, this article aimed at establishing a new model on predicting chloride-induced corrosion rate of steel in concrete based on the model from Liu T and Weyers R W. The model was proved reasonable by experimental results.

Abstract: In the course of the development of vehicle real world driving cycle,in order to develop vehicle real world driving cycle on the relevant traffic characteristic road,the kinematic sequences must be classified according to road traffic characteristic.Taking into account the deficiency of artificial classification,the purpose of this paper was to report the application of dynamic cluster to the development of vehicle real world driving cycle.The first three principal components,which came from principle component analysis(PCA),were regarded as the cluster factors,and using the method of the dynamic cluster,the kinematic sequence's overall sample was classified.The study showed two groups of kinematic sequences,which was obtained by classification,were very distinct and respectively represent travel characteristic that vehicle was on the crowded road and on the unblocked road.

Abstract: The specific creep of high-performance concrete(HPC) incorporated with 30%,50%,80% ground granulated blast-furnace slag(GGBS),12%,30%,50% fly ash,35% GGBS and 15% fly ash,15% GGBS and 35% fly ash, and the contrast one which without GGBS and fly ash were tested under stress strength ratio of 33% in order to clarify the effect of fly ash on creep character,the test were made under controlled temperature(20±1) ℃ and humidity (60±5)% conditions,results show that the GGBS has slight effect on the specific creep of HPC with 30% and 50% GGBS,it offers great negative effect on the creep characteristics of HPC when the incorporating proportion of GGBS reaches 80%,the specific creep after one year of HPC with 80% GGBS is 174 times of the contrast one,the fly ash offers great positive effect on the creep characteristics of HPC with 12% and 30% fly ash,the specific creep after one year are 076 and 0465 times of the contrast one respectively,it has slight effect on the specific creep of HPC when the incorporating proportion of fly ash reaches 50%,the specific creep after one year is 102 times of the contrast one,the specific creep of HPC with 35% GGBS and 15% fly ash or 15% GGBS and 35% fly ash was greatly reduced than the condition with 50% GGBS or the condition with 50% fly ash

Abstract: Steel slag of alkalinity above 1.6 is a kind of mineral aggregation, with proper hydration activity and unsteady rotten expansion, the key use of it in cementing matrix is the development of activity and the restraint of expansion. Based on existing research, this study present the following problems in details:a) the inducement and restraint measures of voluminal expansion when steel slag was used in cementing matrix, and b) the motivation of steel slag activity. The study indicated the mechanical activation and the chemical activation used in steel slag are effective measures.

TL;DR: A wavelet transform image fusion based on regional features is proposed that decomposed the original images into four sub images via WT and calculated the regional features of each sub image and chose the different rule of fusion basedon regional features.
Abstract: The purpose of image fusion is to merge complementary information from multi sensor data for visual perception so as to improve the visual perception of the image. A wavelet transform image fusion based on regional features is proposed. Firstly, it decomposed the original images into four sub images via WT. Secondly, it calculated the regional features of each sub image and chose the different rule of fusion based on regional features. Finally, the whole fusion image can be obtained by inverse wavelet transform. The experiment results showed that the proposed method seemed better.

Abstract: The structure,bonding state and ambient atmosphere of Si and Al of three types of geopolymers were investigated by using infrared ray(IR) analysis.The relationship between geopolymers and the corresponding zeolite crystals with the similar chemical composition was also discussed.The infrared evidence showed that SiO_4 tetrahedral chain was bonded by AlO_4 during the process of geopolymerisation reaction,and the two types of tetrahedral jointly form the three dimensional framework structure of geopolymers.The mutual transformation between geopolymers and zeolite crystals can be realized under suitable condition,which revealed that geopolymers may be the precursors of the corresponding zeolite crystals.

Abstract: In this paper, some performances that included workability, compressive strength, Young's modulus, drying shrinkage and creep, were tested for C60 concrete with and without fly ash or slag. The results showed that for concrete with fly ash or slag, the workability of the fresh concrete was improved; the compressive strength and the Young's modulus were similar to the control sample, but the drying shrinkage rate decreased after 28 d; the creep decreased with the increasing of the curing time and the strength and increased with the content of fly ash from 14% to 25%. The creep for concrete with 14% fly ash was similar with that for one with 14% slag when the load was applied after 60 d curing.

Abstract: The binocular stereovision sensor has been widely used in 3D laser scanning measuring system.The automation and precision of its calibration influence the using of 3D laser scanning measuring system.Through a calibration target with multi-circular holes and two-stages calibration algorithm,calibration automation approach for binocular stereovision sensor was achieved by using dynamic threshold segmentation,edge extraction and contour auto-tracing technology.The calibration result showed its well automation and higher precision,better anti-noise capability and stability.

Abstract: Based on the unascertained characteristics of river water environmental system, such two concepts as unascertained parameters of water quality system and unascertained risk of river water quality are defined. On the basis of it, an unascertained river water quality model for simulating the transport and diffusion of pollutant accident leakage and a model for ~evaluating the risk of river water quality exceeding a criterion are established by means of unascertained mathematical theories. According to the simulation information of river water quality, sudden-risk of river water quality can be assessed. Study result showed that it is feasible in theory and reliable on conclusion using unascertained mathematical theories to simulate river water quality and evaluate its risk.

Abstract: Convex hull is the basic topic in computational geometry.Convex hull of point set and that of a polygon are two classes of it.Based on quickqull algorithm,an improved algorithm to determine the convex hull of 2-D point set was proposed in this paper.After finding points at eight defined extremal positions,some vertices of convex hull can be exactly determined,thus the coarse approximation of convex hull was formed.Refinement was implemented by scanning the coarse result to find the missed vertices.This can be achieved with such data structure as linklist or stack.In general case,the whole process has a computational complexity near linear time.The proposed algorithm has been applied in control points-based image registration effectively.

Abstract: The strength property and pore distribution of concrete with highly active rice husk ash were studied. The results showed that with the replacement of cement with RHA in concrete, concrete strength increased and the greater of strength increasing ratio is obtained at 7 days or 28 days curing. The pore structure of RHA concrete has ameliorated and the average pore size of concrete especially the portion of pore that greater than 20 nm in radius is reduced. The improvement of strength of RHA concrete mainly attributed to the less Ca(OH) 2 and the ameliorating of pore structure of RHA concrete.

Abstract: To avoid the disadvantage of artificial potential field, a method was put forward to separate the region which will result in local minimization by some special points. The mobile robot will get the location of goal point by the difference of area between the region and the figures consisting of the goal point and the special points beforehand. When the goal point is outside of the region, the mobile robot can avoid entering into these regions and fall into local minimization for the limiting information.

Abstract: A three-parameter combined-power model was proposed by curve fitting of the test data recording from the pullout tests on shaft anchor used in different geotechnical engineering. The representation of the parameters was also discussed. The two-parameter combine-power function model for prestress tendon was derived. The method to determine the bounded length from the degenerate model and the suggested value of its parameter G were also proposed. It was pointed out that the bounding length calculated from the average stress method was not safe enough.

Abstract: HAP and TiO_2 nanoparticles were selected to incube with the hepatoma cells for 1 h and 8 h respectively.Then,hepatoma cells were collected,centrifuged,fixed,embedded and stained.The ultrastructure were viewed under transmission electron microscope(TEM).After inorganic nanoparticles uptaken by hepatoma cells,some vacuoles contained nanoparticle,with membrane on 1 h specimens and non-membrane on 8 h specimens in cytoplasma.Some endoplasmic reticulums expanded.Most mitochondrias swelled,collapsed and part of mitochondrias crista disordered. The nuclear envelope shrink,and some area pullulated from nucleus.The karyotin was pintsized and assembled at the edge.The results indicated that the inorganic crystal nanoparticles could induce cancer cells death.

Abstract: Combining with digital image processing technology, the algorithm of judging concrete crack was proposed. The direction, length, average and maximum width of crack can be found out in any concrete crack image. The noise in the crack area was removed by opening and closing algorithm, and then crack was lined. Crack length, average width, slope, direction were obtained by direction chain mode. The width and maximum width of the pixel on the line were obtained by slope and crack area. Error is bigger in many branches and little crackle. The algorithm needs to be improved.

Abstract: A new particle swarm optimization (PSO), PSO with bounded mutation operator, was developed. In contrast to the original PSO, in this algorithm, PSO with bounded mutation operator would make the particles redistributed equably close to boundary when place of particle exceeds feasible region during iteration. The particles would be redistributed equably in whole feasible region when speed of particle exceeds feasible region. PSO with bounded mutation operator could achieve faster speed of optimization and better precision of optimization, which was proved by the theory and experimental methods.

Abstract: Chitosan membrane and PDLLA membrane for adhesion were prepared.The weight loss after degradation in vitro and membrane surface morphology was observed by SEM.The degradation performances of the two different kinds of membrane were researched in this paper.In the phophorous buffer solution,the degradation speed of the PDLLA membrane which has small molecular weight was faster.The degradation speed of the chitosan membrane was faster than PDLLA membrane which has the same molecular weight as the chitosan membrane.

Abstract: Based on the experiment on seismic behavior of low strength, brick wall with a window reinforced by carbon fiber sheet under lower cycle reversal loads, the seismic reinforcement effectiveness was studied. The individual brick wall's failure shape, deformation, energy consumption and load bearing capacity are generally analyzed. The result indicated that the strengthening effect was very obvious.

Abstract: The surface tension of aliphatic superplasticizer solution and ζ-potential of cement particles in Cement-Water-Superplasticizer system were studied in comparison with naphthalene based superplasticizer. The adsorption amount of two types of superplasticizer and their adsorptive characteristics on cement particles were measured and analyzed according to the molecular weight and functional groups. A multilayer adsorption phenomenon was concluded when superplasticizer was adsorbed on cement particles. Langmiur single layer adsorption may occur only in the case of low superplasticizer concentration.
