TL;DR: An algorithm that can measure English-English,Chinese-English and Chinese-Chinese word similarity has been implemented and results show that the similarities measured by the proposed algorithm accord with the judgment of the people.
Abstract: A method for measuring similarity of Chinese and English words based on Chinese WordNet is introduced.In the hypernym relative graph of synonym set(synset),the factors of distance,density and depth are used to measure the similarity of synset,and the weight of the combination pairs of the two words' synset is settled in adaptive mode.An algorithm that can measure English-English,Chinese-English and Chinese-Chinese word similarity has been implemented.Experiment results show that the similarities measured by the proposed algorithm accord with the judgment of the people.

Abstract: Resistance to aging performance of asphalt materials is a key factor influencing the durability of asphalt pavement.Laboratory aging simulation test is an important method of studying resistance to aging performance of asphalt.To compare aging effects of different tests,five kinds of asphalt were aged by rolling thin film oven test(RTFOT),pressure aging vessel(PAV) aging test and oven aging at 60℃.Data from three simulation aging methods are compared,and then result from simulation aging tests and the data of recovered aged asphalt from field pavement are analyzed.The results and analysis indicate that there are correspondence and equivalence among those aging simulation tests,which can all reflect long-term aging behavior of asphalt in field pavement.Though aging conditions such as temperature and oxygen concentration are different,their aging mechanisms are the same,ie.oxidation reaction.We believe that retardation time RTFOT is a good test of asphalt aging simulation for long-term performance.

Abstract: In order to detect boundary points of clusters efficiently,we present an algorithm of boundary points detection based on local qualitative factors(BRINK).This algorithm uses weighted euclidean distance to solve high dimensional data problem which most of the existing clusters detecting algorithms can not deal with.According to the feature of local qualitative factors,the individual finds that it is lightly larger than 1 in boundary points of clusters.we can detect the boundary points with the former two processes.As shown by the experimental results,BRINK can detect boundary points in noisy high-dimensional datasets containing clusters of arbitrary shapes,sizes and different densities.

Abstract: The growth of the enterprise is a complex regulating course that is different from simple scale expansion. It is a developing course that takes even regulation of various relations of the internal part and the external parts of the enterprise as the essential feature and seeks the evenness from unevenness, the higher level evenness from the lower level evenness. There are conscientious even growth and uneven growth, conscientious uneven growth and un-conscientious growth in the enterprise's growth ways. Grasping such essence of the enterprise's growth helps us to understand the question of the enterprise's growth from the height of theory, thus has important significance for directing the enterprise in making its growth strategy.
