TLDR
In this paper, Zuc11b et al. this paper showed that 1 ≤ p ≤ ∞ [Dud13]. 1/f [HPF15], 1/n [Per17] and 1/m [DFL17] were the most frequent p ≤ p ≥ ∞.Abstract:

Why Stock Markets Crash: Critical Events in Complex Financial Systems
TL;DR: Sornette et al. as mentioned in this paper showed that a stock market crash is not the result of short-term exogenous events, but rather involves a long-term endogenous buildup, with exogenous factors acting merely as triggers.

Critical Casimir Forces in Colloidal Suspensions
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors calculate the forces between pairs of spherical particles as function of both relevant thermodynamic variables, i.e., the reduced temperature t = (T-Tc)/Tc and the field h conjugate to the order parameter, and provide the basis for specific predictions concerning the phase behavior of a suspension of colloidal particles in a nearcritical solvent.
The high temperature region of the Viana-Bray diluted spin glass model
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the high temperature or low connectivity phase of the Viana-Bray model in the absence of magnetic field and obtained a complete control of the system, proving annealing for the infinite volume free energy and a central limit theorem for the suitably rescaled fluctuations of the multioverlaps.

Complex Adaptive Systems: An Introduction to Computational Models of Social Life
John H. Miller,Scott E. Page +1 more
TL;DR: This book is not a textbook, but rather an essay on complex adaptive systems, and the best method to discover their properties is to dispatch many computer agents to experience the system’s possibilities.

A Kinetic View of Statistical Physics
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors focus on the development and application of theoretical methods to help students develop their problem-solving skills in non-equilibrium statistical physics, and present 200 exercises to test students' understanding of the subject.

Models of the Small World
TL;DR: It is believed that almost any pair of people in the world can be connected to one another by a short chain of intermediate acquaintances, of typical length about six This phenomenon, colloquially referred to as the six degrees of separation, has been the subject of considerable recent interest within the physics community as discussed by the authors.
