Bipolar threshold switching in vanadate glasses

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that using high concentrations of V2O5 (above 50 mmol%) is possible to prepare threshold switches which possess stable characteristics and that by increasing the temperature, the threshold power Pth decreases linearly and tends to zero at approximately the temperature Tt of the metal-semicoiidnctor phase transition.
