Abstract
Cette 6tude a pour objet la relation entre l'orientation du r6le professionnel des enseignants t 1'l66mentaire et leurs attitudes vis-t-vis de l'utilisation de parents volontaires dans la classe. On a d6gagd des attitudes plus positives envers le volontariat parental chez 1'enseignant qui prend t coeur sa profession. On a mesur6 la comp6tence, l'attitude de l'enseignant envers la profession par des r6ponses g une 6chelle relative t l'orientation de son r61e professionnel. Cette 6chelle a WtC concue pour cette 6tude. L'6chantillon 6tait constitu6 de 327 enseignants de l'616mentaire ayant de l'exp6rience, engag6s par l'un des conseils scolaires suburbains de l'Ontario. Les r6sultats ont indiqu6 que g6ndralement, la plupart des enseignants avaient des attitudes positives envers l'acceptation de parents volontaires.
