TLDR
In this article, it was shown that the intermediate-scale phase transition does not occur until the temperature of the universe falls below O(m w ), after which an enormous excess of entropy is generated.About:

Low-energy phenomenology of superstring-inspired E6 models
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors survey the low-energy phenomenological implications of superstring-inspired E 6 models and present experimental limits on these particles from both accelerator and non-accelerator data.
A New Mechanism for Baryogenesis
Ian Affleck,Michael Dine +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a new mechanism for baryogenesis was proposed, where it was argued that the scalar quarks and leptons of a supersymmetric GUT may have large expectation values.

Supersymmetric flipped SU(5) revitalized
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple N = 1 supersymmetric GUT based on the group SU(5)×U(1) was proposed, which has the following virtues: the gauge group is broken down to the SU (3) C × SU (2) L × U (1) Y of the standard model using just 10, 10 Higgs representations, and doublet-triplet mass splitting problem is solved naturally by a very simple missing-partner mechanism.

Non-GUT baryogenesis
TL;DR: In this paper, a review of different scenarios of baryogenesis mostly developed after the GUT era is presented, and the lepton and electric asymmetries of the Universe are also discussed.

Extremely high energy cosmic rays from relic particle decays
Michael Birkel,Subir Sarkar +1 more
TL;DR: The HERWIG QCD event generator was used in this paper to estimate the expected proton and neutrino fluxes from decays of massive metastable relic particles in the hidden sector of supersymmetry breaking which decay through non-renormalizable interactions.

Vacuum configurations for superstrings
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied candidate vacuum configurations in ten-dimensional O(32) and E 8 × E 8 supergravity and superstring theory that have unbroken N = 1 supersymmetry in four dimensions.

Dynamics of phase transition in the new inflationary universe scenario and generation of perturbations
TL;DR: In this article, the dynamics of non-equilibrium phase transition in the early universe are investigated and the transition is triggered by vacuum fluctuations of a Higgs scalar field which determine the duration of an intermediate inflationary stage and the amplitude of adiabatic perturbations.

Symmetry breaking patterns in superstring models
TL;DR: The SU(3) × SU(2) × U(1) couplings obey the standard relations after E6 breaking, so the standard computation of sin2θ is valid as mentioned in this paper.
