Crystal structure of (E)-7-bromo-2-(3,5-dimethoxybenzylidene)-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one, C19H17BrO3
TL;DR: In this paper , the triclinic trichloric triclastic model was used for tricline trichlinic triangulation, and the authors showed that the trichline tricliatic model can be seen as a trichlatic triclanic model.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal structure of (E)-7-bromo-2-(4-methoxybenzylidene)-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one, C18H15BrO2
TL;DR: In this article , the authors proposed a monoclinear approach to the monoclonality problem and showed that it is possible to construct a monocallinic monocline from a monocular image.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal structure of (E)-7-methoxy-2-(4-morpholinobenzylidene)-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one, C22H23NO3
TL;DR: In this paper , the triclinic trichloric model was used for trichlinic triangulation, and the authors showed that the triciclic model can be computed in terms of the number of nodes in the trichline.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal structure of (E)-7-fluoro-2-(4-morpholinobenzylidene)-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one, C21H20FNO2
TL;DR: In this article , the triclinic trichloric triclastic trichotomy is used to describe trichlatic triclasic triconyclic structures.
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental and theoretical insights into structural features of methyl (E)-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzylidene)dithiocarbazate with molecular docking and ADMET studies
Abdullah Al Mamun,Tarun Pal,Md. Monirul Islam,Md. Masuqul Haque,Md. Al-Amin-Al-Azadul Islam,Md. Chanmiya Sheikh,Ryuta Miyatake,Subrata Paul +7 more
TL;DR: A new Schiff base, methyl (E)-3-(3, 4, 5-trimethoxybenzylidene)dithiocarbazte (MTD), was successfully synthesized from a condensation reaction of methyldithiocybazate with 3,4,5-trichenylbenzaldehyde, which was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray, NMR, FTIR, TGA, UV-Vis and mass spectroscopy techniques as mentioned in this paper .

A short history of SHELX
TL;DR: This paper could serve as a general literature citation when one or more of the open-source SH ELX programs (and the Bruker AXS version SHELXTL) are employed in the course of a crystal-structure determination.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal structure refinement with SHELXL
TL;DR: New features added to the refinement program SHELXL since 2008 are described and explained.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design, Synthesis, and Evaluation of (2- (Pyridinyl)methylene)-1-tetralone Chalcones for Anticancer and Antimicrobial Activity
TL;DR: A small library of heterocyclic-containing chalcones was developed and initial screening demonstrates modest activity against cancers, bacteria, and fungi.
Journal ArticleDOI
Potential anti-neuroinflammatory NF-кB inhibitors based on 3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one derivatives.
TL;DR: 6m may be explored as a functional anti-neuroinflammatory agent for the treatment of inflammatory diseases in the central nervous system, such as multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, stroke and spinal cord injury.
Journal ArticleDOI
Inhibition of Retinoic Acid Metabolising Enzymes by 2-(4-aminophenylmethyl)-6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one and Related Compounds
Andrew James Kirby,Regis Le Lain,Farshid Maharlouie,Peter Mason,Paul J. Nicholls,H. John Smith,Claire Simons +6 more
TL;DR: Examination of the data suggests that RA-induction generates metabolising enzymes not present in the cadaverous systems, which are more susceptible to inhibition by ketoconazole than 2-(4-aminophenylmethyl)-6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one.
