TLDR
In this article, a copolyester based on polyethylene terephthalate containing cyclohexanedimethanol groups was studied as a function of thermal and solvent treatment, and a new orthorhombic crystal lattice with unit cell dimensions of a = 5.05 A, b = 7.1 A and c = 10.7 A was formed.

Strain‐induced crystallization in uniaxially drawn PETG plates

TL;DR: In this paper, a strain-induced crystalline phase in an initially amorphous copolyester poly(ethylene glycol-co-cyclohexane-1,4-dimethanol terephthalate) (PETG) is used industrially as an uncrystallizable polymer, whereas PET is an inherently crystallizable polymer.

Effect of Morphology on the dielectric properties of a segmented copolyester

TL;DR: In this article, the dielectric relaxation has been investigated for a segmented copolyester film containing 76% hard segments (PBT) and 24% soft tetramethylene oxide segments grown under different conditions.

Gradient of molecular dynamics at the glass transition of PETg–Montmorillonite nanocomposites

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used TMDSC to estimate Cooperative Rearranging Region (CRR) average sizes for polymer/clay nanocomposites, obtained by mixing polyethylene 1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate glycol (PETg) filled and organically modified nanoclay (C15A) following a masterbatch process.

Crystallization of polymers

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a self-contained treatment of polymer crystallization, focusing on the thermodynamics and physical properties that accompany the morphological and structural changes that occur when a collection of molecules of very high molecular weight are transformed from one state to another.

The crystal structure of poly(tetramethylene terephthalate)

TL;DR: The unit cell of poly(tetramethylene terephthalate) is triclinic with parameters a = 5.96 A, b = 4.83 A, c (fiber axis) = 11.3°; space group P1, calculated crystalline density 1.41 g/cc as mentioned in this paper.
