Wave scattering from rough cylinders

TL;DR: In this article, a nonconventional integral equation approach to the scattering of harmonic waves by a smooth or rough perfectly conducting circular cylinder and by a cylinder with a surface impedance is presented, and the case of a corrugated cylinder is investigated.

A mathematical description for the scattering phenomena of plane wave from elliptical plasma antenna located in oblique static magnetic field

TL;DR: In this paper, the problem of electromagnetic wave scattering from an elliptical plasma cylinder in the presence of an external oblique magnetic field is investigated, where the electromagnetic waves are landed obliquely on the plasma column.

Acoustic Emission by a Vortex Ring Passing near a Sharp Wedge

TL;DR: In this paper, the acoustic field of a vortex ring passing near a sharp wedge of span angle was analyzed at low Mach numbers, and it was shown that the sound pressure at large distances x is proportional to c$^{-\pi /\phi \_{1}}$U$^{\pi / \phi \{1}+2}$L$€(x$-2)$x$ −1}, where x is the shortest distance of the vortex ring from the edge of the sharp wedge.
