Profiling of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) proteins in insulin signaling pathway

TL;DR: The phylogenetic analysis showed p110α and p110γ with a common origin while p50 α and p85α sharing an evolutionary history and several highly conserved amino acid residues were found high in p110 beta and low in p50alpha and p55γ.

Optical Ray Tracing Based on Dijkstra Algorithm in Inhomogeneous Medium

TL;DR: The Dijkstra algorithm relevant to optical rays propagating through the inhomogeneous media such as Luneburg lens and Maxwell's fish-eye lens is discussed and some numerical examples are shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method for analyzing ray front movement and ray tracing.

e-Learning Content Authentication Using Bipartite Matching

TL;DR: This paper presents a novel architecture and methodology for a personal eLearning system called PELS that is developed by us and presents an efficient algorithm to partition question-answer (QA) space and explore best possible solution to a particular problem.

Particular Type of Hamiltonian Graphs and their Properties

TL;DR: The graph H(3m + 7, 6m + 14) for m ≥ 1, which is planner, regular of degree four, non-bipartite but Hamiltonian graph, has perfect matching 4 with nonrepeated edge for simultaneous changes of m= 2n+1 for n≥0.
