Reduction in the Effective Barrier Height in Ptsi-P-Si Schottky Diodes by Using Low Energy Ion Implantation
TL;DR: In this article, the Schottky diode was implanted with 3 keV 11 B + ions to a dose of 4 × 10 12 ions cm −2, and the reduction in barrier height correlated well with the boronconcentration found at or near the PtSi-Si interface.

A hybrid heuristic resource allocation model for computational grid for optimal energy usage
TL;DR: A hybrid model, that uses genetic algorithm and graph theory concept has been proposed for this purpose, and the result reveals the benefits achieved with the proposed model for optimal energy with resource allocation in the grid.

Understanding the behavioural difference of PPCA among its homologs in C7 family towards recognition of DXCA
Suvankar Ghosh,Shankar K. Ghosh,Camellia Ray,Goutam Paul,Pabitra Pal Choudhury,Raja Banerjee +5 more
TL;DR: A combinatorial analysis of the binding sequences is performed to build graph-theoretic models, which show that PPCA differs from its homologues, and suggests that the underlying impetus of recognition of DXCA is embedded in its primary sequence and 3D conformation.

Neighbor Joining Plus - algorithm for phylogenetic tree reconstruction with proper nodes assignment
Piotr Płoński,Jan P. Radomski +1 more
TL;DR: This work proposes a solution to analyze and visualize data sets with multiple offspring of the same ancestors in a more intuitive manner, and reconstructs phylogenetic tree by assigning the sequences with offspring as internal nodes, and the sequences without offspring as leaf nodes.

Study of Prime Graph of a Ring
Kishor Pawar,Sandeep Joshi +1 more
TL;DR: The notion of complementary prime graphs of a ring was introduced by Bhavanari and his co-authors in this paper, where the degree of vertices in the complementary prime graph of the ring was shown to be a function of the number of triangles in the prime graph.
