Maxillary and sinus implant reconstructions.
TLDR
The root and sinus series of the Omnii system have been used extensively and their design attempts to maximize the use of the available bone, and placement techniques allow the manipulation of bone to form sockets in otherwise deficient areas of bone.About:

Intrasinus Bone Gain with the Osteotome Sinus Floor Elevation Technique: A Review of the Literature.
Marcello Santoro,Roberto Pippi +1 more
TL;DR: Both osteotome transcrestal sinus elevation procedures seem to guarantee predictable short- and medium-term results with reference to the intrasinus bone gain, however, the use of grafting materials does not seem to have substantial advantages in the short and medium term as far as mean intrasine bone gain is concerned.

Sinus floor bone failures in maxillary sinus floor augmentation: a case-control study.
Arthur Rodriguez Gonzalez Cortes,Lucas Rodrigues Pinheiro,Marcelo Gusmão Paraiso Cavalcanti,Emiko Saito Arita,Faleh Tamimi +4 more
TL;DR: The number of missing posterior teeth and a history of periodontitis may be considered as risk factors for sinus floor bone failures.

Radiographic comparison of osseous healing after maxillary sinusotomy performed with and without a periosteal pedicle
TL;DR: It is indicated that a trapdoor with a periosteal pedicle appears to be more reliable than one without a peruostealPedicle.

Narrow Ridge Management with Ridge Splitting with Piezotome for Implant Placement: Report of 2 Cases
TL;DR: Reports are described of 2 cases in which narrow mandibular ridge splitting was carried by mean of piezotome with immediate placement of implants in the osteotomy site, and five months later, the implants were uncovered followed by impression and restored with impant- supported porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns.

The vertical course of bone regeneration in maxillary sinus floor augmentations: A histomorphometric analysis of human biopsies
Florian Beck,Karoline Maria Reich,Stefan Lettner,Patrick Heimel,Stefan Tangl,Heinz Redl,Christian Ulm +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the vertical distribution of new bone formation (nBF) in MSFA and the vertical gradient of bone graft consolidation were quantified. But, the authors did not quantify the volume of newly formed bone (nBV/TV) in serial zones of 100 μm.
