Mapping quantitative trait loci for cottonseed oil, protein and gossypol content in a Gossypium hirsutum × Gossypium barbadense backcross inbred line population

TL;DR: This research represents the first report using a permanent advanced backcross inbred population of an interspecific hybrid population to identify QTLs for seed quality traits in cotton in three environments.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study on the Vigour Testing of Soybean Seed Based on Near Infrared Spectroscopy Technology

TL;DR: In this article, a non-destructive method for discriminating three vigour of soybean seeds was developed by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) combined with principal component and Mahalanobis distance model.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Application of Fourier Transform Infrared Photoacoustics Spectroscopy (FTIR-PAS) for Rapid Soil Quality Evaluation

TL;DR: In this paper, Fourier Transform Infrared Photoacoustics Spectroscopy (FTIR-PAS) was applied to predict soil quality properties, and the results showed that C and N can be predicted accurately using FTIR-pAS whilst other parameters (P, K, Mg, Ca, S, S), such as moisture and soil microbes were feasible to be detected by FTIRAS combining with CA.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Fast Analytical Technology for Coffee Differentiation and Inner Quality Determination Using Fourier Transform Infrared

TL;DR: In this paper, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was used for coffee quality evaluation in terms of moisture content and geographical origins differentiation using principal component analysis and partial least square regression (PLSR) respectively.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the detection of fat-soluble vitamins in premix feed

TL;DR: In this paper, partial least squares regression (PLSR) and support vector machine regression (SVMR) were used to construct the quantitative model of vitamins in premix feed.
