Abstract: Electrophysiological studies have led to the proposal that the neurobiological mechanism(s) underlying drug therapy of anxiety and depression involve(s) regionally-specific adaptations in 5-hydroxytryptamine 1A (5-HT 1A ) receptor sensitivity. Furthermore, the net effect of clinically-relevant repeated treatment with anxiolytic/antidepressant drugs, regardless of chemical class, appears to reflect an enhancement of 5-HT neurotransmission in forebrain targets, most notably in the hippocampus. Depending on the drug utilized, a decrease in sensitivity of inhibitory somatodendritic autoreceptors, an increase in sensitivity of postsynaptic receptors, or both alterations, occurs after 2-3 weeks of treatment. This hypothesis was tested using N,N-dipropyl-5-carboxamidotryptamine (N,N-DP-5-CT)-stimulated guanosine-5'-O-(3-thio)triphosphate (GTPγS) binding assessed by autoradiography. Rats were treated for 21 days with saline or drug (in mg/kg) once (fluoxetine, 10; imipramine, 10; clorgyline, 1) or twice daily (ipsapirone, 20) and three brain regions rich in 5-HT 1A receptors were examined: the dorsal raphe (somatodendritic), the dorsal hippocampus (postsynaptic), and the lateral septum (postsynaptic). Only imipramine (+17%) and fluoxetine (+54%) significantly increased agonist-stimulated binding in the dorsal hippocampus; all drugs except imipramine significantly decreased binding in the dorsal raphe (-19 to -41%). Although these results generally support the concept of a net enhancement of hippocampal 5-HT neurotransmission, the pattern of changes in receptor sensitivity differed somewhat from the results of electrophysiological studies. The most consistent effect, however, was a significant decrease in stimulated GTPγS binding in the lateral septum after all four treatments (-14 to -23%), a finding previously reported also after chronic buspirone treatment, suggesting this may be a heretofore unrecognized common outcome of antidepressant treatment deserving further study.

It will take the place of traditional public-key cryptosystem, such as RSA,DSS etc. Firstly, the article introduce elliptic curve public-key cryptosystem and its relative knowledge. Then the study compare it with the traditional public-key cryptosystem. Finally, the thesis give the research hotspot and applicable foreground of elliptic curve public-key cryptosystem.

Abstract: The 478 maize inbred line was bred from two maize inbred lines 8112 and 5003.Plant shape of 478 is compact,and its plant height and ear height are lower,and inherited steadily.Furthermore,478 is high-resistant to many maize diseases and self-output.Because of its good characteristics,it is noticed by more and more maize breeding experts at home and oversea.According to the statistics,there have been 41 examined maize hybrid used 478 as parents by the province or nation,up to now,the 41 maize hybrids have covered at least 39570000 hectare plantation areas.Moreover,there have been 19 examined maize hybrids used its improved-line as parents,up to now,the 19 maize hybrids have covered at least 7960000 hectare plantation areas.

Abstract: During 2001～2003, systemic investigation on occurrence and damage of vegetable root-knot nematode diseases under protected cultivation was conducted in Shandong province. The results showed that vegetable root-knot nematode diseases in protected field existed universally. Nematode-infected plants were found in 67.6% greenhouses and the rate of totally diseased plants was 50%. In four or more years old of cucumber or tomato greenhouses, the rates of greenhouse and plant were even up to 95% and 66%, respectively. Identification host and perineal pattern techniques were used to identify the root-knot nematode species in the samples which were collected from infected fields. Meloidogyne incognita was the dominant species occurring under protected cultivation vegetable field in Shandong province. M. incognita populations were found in 97.94% samples, while M. arenaria race 1 populations were found in 7.73% samples. Moreover, most of the M. arenaria infected samples were co-infected with M. incognita, with only one exception.

Abstract: Growth hormone is an important hormone to adjust animal growth.It has extensive physiology function. The polymorphism of goat GH gene in 276 goats including LuBei white goat,introduced boer goat, purebred breed boer goat, hybrid generation 1 of LuBei white goat and boer goat,generation of hybrid generation 1 and Boer goat were detected by PCR-RFLPs and the PCR products were digested by 10 restriction endonucleases such as HaeⅢ、HhaⅠ、TaqⅠ etc. The result showed that the HaeⅢ site had polymorphism in the 5 breeds and presented as AA and AB genotype, but othes had no polymorphims.
