S. Sabatini,I. Donnarumma,Marco Tavani,Alessio Trois,Andrea Bulgarelli,A. Argan,Guido Barbiellini,P. W. Cattaneo,A. W. Chen,E. Del Monte,Valentina Fioretti,Fulvio Gianotti,A. Giuliani,F. Longo,Fabrizio Lucarelli,A. Morselli,C. Pittori,F. Verrecchia,P. A. Caraveo +18 more
TL;DR: In this article, the angular resolution of the AGILE gamma-ray imaging detector (GRID) has been compared with the Fermi/LAT (Large Area Telescope).
Journal ArticleDOI
Probing galactic cosmic ray distribution with TeV gamma-ray sky
TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluate the diffuse gamma-ray flux at TeV energies by considering different assumptions for the cosmic ray distribution, including the recently emerged possibility of a decreasing cosmic ray spectral index in the inner Galaxy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Probing galactic cosmic ray distribution with TeV gamma-ray sky
TL;DR: In this article, the authors compare the flux from the galactic plane measured by Argo-YBJ, HESS, HAWC and Milagro with the expected flux due to diffuse emission and point-like and extended sources observed by HESS showing that experimental data can discriminate among different hyphoteses for cosmic ray distribution.
