TLDR
In this article, a solution is given to the problem of determining the optimal parameters of a bimorph drive in optical measuring systems with feedback, and experimental data are presented to evaluate the performance of the drive.
Abstract
The problem is considered of improving a bimorph drive used in optical measuring systems with feedback. In particular, a solution is given to the problem of determining the optimal parameters of a bimorph drive in a system. Experimental data are presented. Advantages and deficiencies of the drive are considered.

Method of acoustic sensor diagnosis

TL;DR: In this paper, the theoretical dependence of the noise of electrically excited damping vibrations of a piezoelectric sensor on its malfunction is determined, and a method is proposed for noise diagnosis for an acoustic PES for monitoring the plasma source of optical air breakdown.

The Stability of Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube: Lyapunov Function for Probe Needle

TL;DR: In this article, the behavior of an AFM needle made of SWCNT is studied based on fundamental position of the notion of stability state of equilibrium of the needle as a physical system, introduced by A.M. Lyapunov.

Resistance of materials

Fred B. Seely
Abstract: IN this second edition of Seely's “Resistance of Materials”, the book has been completely re-set, various changes based on experience and suggestions having been made, chiefly in giving further emphasis to the engineering significance of the subject. The first part consists of a complete undergraduate course for advanced students; the second part contains a brief treatment of a number of special topics in stress analysis, likely to be helpful to the young graduate engineer who wishes to study further on his own initiative. The applications are kept in sight throughout, and many instructive examples are given in the text and at the end of each chapter.Resistance of MaterialsProf.Fred B.SeelyBy. Second edition.
