OTRA based Realization of Second Order Inverse Lowpass Filter and Inverse Bandpass Filter

Abstract
In this work, second order inverse lowpass and inverse bandpass filter are presented using operational transresistance amplifier (OTRA) as a basic building block. This work has been done using two OTRA and passive components to realize the inverse filters. The working of the proposed inverse filters is verified by SPICE simulation using CMOS model of OTRA with 0.5 μm technology. Monte Carlo analysis and noise analysis was also performed in SPICE.
