Jatropha curcas methyl ester oil obtaining as vegetable insulating oil

TL;DR: In this paper, a new vegetable oil that is jatropha curcas seeds oil as a substitute for mineral oil is presented, which has several advantages among which the fact that it is non-food crops and may be grown on low fertile soils and areas where annual rainfall levels are significantly lower than those required by other plants used to extract other vegetable oils such as rape-seeds, sunflower, corn, soybeans, grape-seed and sesame.

Study on Production Process of Biodiesel from Rubber Seed (Hevea Brasiliensis) by in Situ (Trans)Esterification Method with Acid Catalyst

TL;DR: In this paper, an in situ method with acid catalyst with a goal for obtaining environmentally friendly alternative fuels from non-edible raw material was presented. But the first stage was carried out in order to get reaction time based on the density and viscosity of mixture produced and the results showed that the operation time for biodiesel production by in- situ method was 120minutes and the yield of Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) obtained was at 91,05%.

Effects of pre-treatment condition on the yield and quality of neem oil obtained by mechanical pressing

TL;DR: The results of this experiment showed that the optimum pressure for mechanical pressing of Neem seed was 5000 psi and room temperature was found to be the recommended temperature for the Neem oil extraction using mechanical process as mentioned in this paper.
