TLDR
The biligand systems, Ln(III)-Aminopolycarboxylic acid (A-CARB) and A-CARYCLIC acid (CARB), have been studied pH-metrically and the analysis of the titration curves has shown the formation of 1 : 1: 1 mixed ligand complexes.
Abstract
The biligand systems, Ln(III)-Aminopolycarboxylic acid1-Aminopolycarboxylic acid2 — have been studied pH-metrically and the analysis of the titration curves has shown the formation of 1 : 1 : 1 mixed ligand complexes. Their formation constants have been calculated at 30±1°C and the value of log K follows the order La(III)<Pr(III)<Nd(III).

Thermodynamics of mixed-ligand complexation of cerium group lanthanide ethylenediaminetetraacetates

TL;DR: In this article, the thermodynamic parameters for mixed-ligand complexation of LnEdta− (Ln3+ = La3+, Ce3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, Sm3+, Gd3+) with iminodiacetate and nitrilotriacetate ions in aqueous solution at 298.15 K and ionic strength I = 0.5 (KNO3) were determined by calorimetry and pH-metry.

Complexes of the Rare Earths. III. Mixed Complexes with N-Hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic Acid

TL;DR: In this article, the tendency of rare earth-N- hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid (Ln(HEDTA)) chelates to form mixed 1: 1:1:1 (HOGA) chelsates with N-hydroxyethyliminodiacetic acid was investigated and the mixed complexes were quite stable and the formation constants exhibited trends.

Observations on the rare earths—LXXIII the heat and entropy of formation of the 1:1 chelates of N-hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid with the tripositive cations

TL;DR: In this article, entropy changes in the formation of N-hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid (H3HEDTA) chelates of the tripositive rare-earth metal ions have been evaluated by the temperature coefficient method for aqueous solutions of ionic strength 0·1(KNO3). Corresponding entropy changes have been calculated from the enthalpy changes and stability constants at 25°.
