TLDR
The efficiency of seven functional monomers toward Styrene-Butadiene rubber (SBR) were following the order, Tetramethylol methane tetraacrylate (ATMMT) = Tolyene diiaocynate (UA306T)>Trimethylol propane trimethacrylated (TMPT), TMPT>Diethylene glycol (2G)>Dipentaerithrol hexaacrylation (DPE6A)>Hexamethylene diisocynates (UA101
Abstract
The efficiency of seven functional monomers toward Styrene-Butadiene rubber (SBR) were following the order, Tetramethylol methane tetraacrylate (ATMMT) = Tolyene diiaocynate (UA306T)>Trimethylol propane trimethacrylate (TMPT)>Diethylene glycol dimethacrylate (2G)>Dipentaerithrol hexaacrylate (DPE6A)>Hexamethylene diisocynate (UA101H))>Triallyl cynurat (TAC). Also it was found that low absorption of ATMMT has been overcame at low dose. The observed clear and transperant sheets indicate that the reaction was complete

The effect of γ-irradiation on acrylonitrile–butadiene rubber NBR seal materials with different antioxidants

TL;DR: In this article, N-N-substituted p-phenylene diamines (PPDs) antioxidants are selected to improve the resistance of NBR seals against gamma irradiation up to 5 MGy.

Effect of concentration of polyfunctional monomers on physical properties of acrylonitrile–butadiene rubber under electron-beam irradiation

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of concentration of different polyfunctional monomers (PFMs) on the physical properties of the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) crosslinked by electron beam (EB) was investigated.

Influence of Polyfunctional Monomers and Fillers on Radiation Vulcanization of Ethylene-Propylene Diene Rubber

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of polyfunctional monomers in enhancing the crosslinking and the change in cross-linking density of raw EPDM have been investigated and the dependence of the properties of loaded EPDMs with white and black fillers on the type of filler has been examined.

Radiation Crosslinking of Chlorinated Poly(Isobutylene-co-Isoprene) with Polyfunctional Monomers

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that the tensile strength of EB crosslinked by CIIR increases almost linearly with increasing TMPT content, and it was found that trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TMPT) is the most effective accelerator for crosslinking EB at a lower dose.

The effect of ionizing radiation on the temperature scanning stress relaxation properties of nitrile-butadiene rubber elastomers reinforced by lignin

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of radiation on the temperature scanning stress relaxation properties of lignin reinforced NBR elastomers was investigated by using Temperature Scanning Stress Relaxation (TSSR) technique.
